The overall surrounding of clinic is clean and pretty. The service is amazing, friendly staffs. Always asked wether you feel great or not, giving a lot detail about procedure plus they do not try to sell more courses to you. Also offer you drinks and snacks before and after procedures. And a birthday gift as well

I have had same services from Bangkok Clinic, Rorita Clinic, Ratika Clinic and XC Clinic at different times previously. The thing that set the other clinic apart from AList Maya Mall - Chiang Mai are the following: 1. Service approach which include general Customer Care from the start and After Care. 2. The Amenities which includes the whole facility. Eg: treatmet bed, the rooms etc. AList Maya Mall staff are welcoming in a way. They speak English and is accomodating with questions if you have any. They will try to upsell you which is normal. You can just politely decline if you’re not interested and it’s okay. The facility is cute and clean. The lobby has lots of sitting area and is comfortable. But the treatment rooms are tiny and somehow suffocating. The bed is small and won’t fit taller customers. But can make do. It’s a bit noisy too with the sound of machine wheels rolling in and out of treatment rooms it can jolt you. And the sound of people talking or gossiping. The attendants are polite and gentle. That includes the person who did my treatment. I think she did a great job. Overall I liked the result on my face skin after treatment. It felt fresh. Will recommend AList Maya Mall only for this reason and the convenience of its location.

I visited this clinic for a botox treatment to my 11's or glabella region. I have had this procedure numerous times in the past. I chose the Korean brand called Nabota. The procedure was different than I had experienced ever before. My make up was not removed, nor the site cleaned before the injections. They simply placed the needles into my face. The injection sites were all off. Two were placed directly into the deep lines themselves. Two on either side of my nose where my glasses rest on the bridge of my nose, resulting in bruising. And one in the centre of the bridge of my nose. These are all different sites in this region than I have experienced in the past. No Botox went into the muscle at the inside edge of my brow. The cost was 3,000 baht for 20 units. The treatment took longer to take effect than I have previously experienced. The staff are very friendly and push hard to upsell for additional treatment sites while you are snacking on the little tray of brownie, water and candy.

Very disappointed. Did Botox for 5,000 THB between the brows, with one of their experienced doctors. After one week I already told them that it didn't work but they told me I just need to wait - but it did not improve, just deteriorate. I did Botox a few months before in the same area (just that single area) for the same price and got much better results, so their excuses that it's because of other reasons don't hold up to reality. It just seems I wasn't injected the appropriate dose, even though it was very expensive so I would expect a high enough dose to get the results I got before. If you decide to book here anyway, make sure you have a very detailed contract with them about the results and what they promise, and stick around for at least two weeks so you can come back to claim what you paid for (I unfortunately had to leave Thailand so I will never get what I paid for). Here are before and one-month- after photos (and no, I don't do extreme exercise or whatever excuse they want to throw at me) It was simply insufficient treatment Edit: Even more disappointed with the response I got for posting this post, saying that I "asked for a natural look" when in reality that was my response for them trying to upsell the whole forehead instead of just the one area I asked for, and I made very clear that I only want to get rid of the frown between the brows. And 5,000 THB should be enough for a sufficient injection. Telling me that "a 70-80% improvement was seen" - please... I hope anyone who looks at the "after" photo in this post will make up their mind about the truth. And obviously I will not fly back to Chaing Mai to get this fixed and I'm sure they realize this.
