This is the best dental clinic in Chiang Mai! I was on vacation for 10 days and needed some work done on my teeth. I went to another dental clinic to get a cleaning and asked to get a crown made for one of my teeth that I recently had a root canal done on in Shanghai. The first dental clinic could not make my crown in the 10 days I was visiting and recommended me to AYESays clinic. When I arrived, I was greeted and welcomed into the clinic, the space was spotless and air conditioned and the dentist's certifications were displayed in a glass case behind the receptionist’s desk. Dr. Homdok was very knowledgeable and explained every part of the process to me and examined the rest of my teeth too. The clinic was able to make my crown in 3 days!!! I also asked to get braces so the doctor recommended Danish 3-D braces which would work for my teeth and could be made during my time in Chiang Mai. During our vacation my 5 year old son developed a huge hole in the middle of two molars and needed to have the infection removed and remedied plus a partial pulpectomy. Dr. Homdok was able fit my son into his schedule at a moments notice and complete the work without causing my son pain during or after the partial pulpectomy and filling. Dr. Homdok and his staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional services to me and my son as well as recommend places to visit in Chiang Mai. The receptionist, Shampoo called grab cabs for us and even dropped us off to our hotel a few times. We are grateful to this clinic for their dedication to their clients and for their affordable prices!!!! Not professional at all. The have to make 2 times my aligners because they got wrong and at the second time had to go back to my country staff said :ok reach me out when you will be back". I am back. I reach them but no news.... but I still paid ! Also they are so confused about accounting. They sometimes ask me to pay several times for same services etc A huge no for me !

So I tend to write a lot of reviews on Google and it's really rare that I give bad opinion but here my experience is quite catastrophic after some point So first I did the medelign so it's kind of the same as Invisalign treatment, it was quite cheap and that happened to be quite okay so the process was okay and following from the doctor was okay as well The problems start after that since then I have a retainer that I have to keep so first I'm a bit mad because I wasn't told about that before the treatment and I was planning to not keep plastic off my mouth after the end of the treatment And I used to have a broken tooth that have been repaired now for the third time by the same doctor the problem is that the fixing break down every time I'm removing the retainer On top of that they tend to be 15 mn late, sent me some retainers late, which was problematic considering I'm traveling and told them before. Started well but the experience is turning into a nightmare
