The service is BEST! I do it in the Ramintra Brance and the staff is very helpful. The most important thing is, there is a sweet girl that is able to communicate in English. She helps a lot! Definitely will recommend this clinic to my friends in Indonesia. Thank you for the good service. And for the procedure itself, I can only say okay. Not much to compliment. As the doctor doesn’t really have time to talk to the patient after care.

I had liposuction here. The staff were very attentive, the place was clean, and there was a great recovery room. Excellent!

I really didn't want to write this review. I am not a fan of negative reviews and really tried to give the clinic a chance to fix it. And they attempted. But the overall dismissive attitude towards my problem, treating me like I am annoying or that my result isn't 'that bad' and overall refusing to acknowledge their mistake led me to want to warn other people about their expertise. I had liposuction done in summer of 2021. I was 28 and was about 54kg. Overall I lost about 2cm of my total waist line. So for this amount of fat out the loose skin is not acceptable. The liposuction was completely uneven and with random spots especially in the upper abdomen. The doctor didn't perform a skin tightening treatment with the lipo so the result is apparent. I did try to reach out multiple times to which they mostly dismissed me, finally they saw I am serious and suggested to do a separate second time skin tightening treatment. It was supposed to be for free but I still had to pay 40000 baht for the instrument. So not really. So we have two procedures, after which everything is still uneven and the loose skin is so severe I need tummy tuck at 30! Without pregnancy. Please avoid this clinic for liposuction. It will ruin your body. They won't even consider adding a partial refund for me for all the troubles. I spend so much money and time to look like this...
