After a long consideration between hospitals in Korea like Braun Hospital, and Thailand options like Yanhee and The Art Hospital, I finally chose The Art Hospital for my septorhinoplasty and I am so happy with my decision. As an Indonesian living in Australia, and someone who comes from a family with doctors, I was extremely careful and picky when choosing where to do my surgery. What made me choose The Art Hospital was how natural their rhinoplasty results looked compared to many other places, and how professional everything felt from the beginning. I would especially like to thank Yanumart, the staff who assisted me throughout the whole process. She was incredibly patient with all my questions, always helpful, and made everything feel smooth and comfortable. I was actually surprised how fast the process was. I only waited 2 days from the moment I decided to proceed with surgery until the actual operation date. I think one of the most important things when choosing surgery overseas is having a staff member who truly understands your needs and is willing to listen carefully. I had been in contact with Yanumart since before I even arrived in Thailand, and that honestly made me feel much more comfortable and confident with my decision. Before deciding, I spent a long time researching many famous hospitals in Thailand where celebrities often go, like Meko Hospital, SLC, Masterpiece, and We Clinic. Honestly, not many people in my country talk about The Art Hospital or Yanhee compared to those places, so at first I wasn’t sure either. But now I understand why people who know quality choose places like this. Thank you as well to Dr. Lily and her assistant for taking care of me during my septorhinoplasty journey. One thing that really surprised me after arriving was how big and professional The Art Hospital actually is compared to some other places that many famous people from my country go to. The Art truly feels like a premium hospital, while some other places honestly feel more like small clinics. After my surgery, I stayed at a hotel near SLC and was honestly surprised by how much smaller it looked in real life. At The Art Hospital, there are many surgeons, doctors, nurses, and staff, so you really feel safe and well looked after. I also noticed many local Thai people doing their treatments and surgeries there, which gave me even more confidence in the hospital. After my surgery, my Thai friend who lives in Australia asked me where I had my surgery done. When I told her about The Art Hospital, she immediately said, “Well done, you chose the right place.” She told me the hospital is actually very well known among locals as one of the best plastic surgery hospitals in Bangkok and Thailand. According to her, many people often go to Yanhee or The Art Hospital especially to fix noses that were damaged or infected from cheaper surgeries done elsewhere. I stayed in the VIP room, and honestly it felt more like staying in a hotel rather than a hospital. The staff constantly checked on me to make sure I was resting comfortably. The room design was beautiful with a Mediterranean-style interior, and even the food was surprisingly good. Honestly, some of the best hospital food I’ve ever had in my life. Thailand truly delivers the meaning of medical tourism. As a foreign patient and tourist, you really feel cared for and comfortable here. The whole experience felt relaxing and professional at the same time. I would definitely recommend The Art Hospital to anyone considering rhinoplasty or cosmetic surgery in Thailand.

Elite experience from start to finish. Kimberly and Dr. Beer took excellent care of me and guided me through every step of the process. The facilities are modern, spotless, and equipped with the latest technology, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering treatment.

My partner saw a clip in Facebook in Feb 2026 about The Art Surgery clinic and subsequently decided to do a nose correction from a previous surgery by another clinic and face lift. We were welcomed by Khun Yam, Khun Jennie and Dr Bill who provided us with clear and concise information about the surgery process and later on nursing staff who gave us excellent hospitality and prompt care. My partner was initially and understably anxious about her wellbeing and her expectations after the surgery. Fortunately Dr Bill and the nurses reassured her that she would recover fully and her expectations would be met. She thankfully recuperated fully after a month and her anxiety was soon put to rest. She is very satisfied with the attention she was given and the end result following the surgery. Our only negative feedback was the lack of precise location of the clinic which we had initially been given. This meant we had to catch another taxi. The staff was later very apologetic about it and promised to rectify it. Oherwise, our great appreciation to all staff, including cleaning staff, for the care and the hospitality

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Jenny and KK for their outstanding service throughout our journey. Both of them were incredibly attentive, took the time to listen to our needs, and patiently explained the available options without any pressure. They checked regularly and made sure everything was comfortable every step of the way. After surgery, they even thoughtfully arranged coconut water and coconut waffle for her, which was a small gesture that meant a lot to us during recovery. The ward nurses were also exceptional. They were professional, caring, patient, and genuinely compassionate. Despite language barriers at times, they always made their best effort to understand and communicate with us, even using AI translation tools when necessary. Their dedication and kindness made us feel safe, supported, and well cared for throughout the entire stay. Thank you to the entire team for making what could have been a stressful experience a smooth and reassuring one. We truly appreciate all the care and attention we received.

I’m so happy with my experience at The Art Hospital! From my first contact with Kimberly via WhatsApp, everything was smooth and reassuring. She was incredibly attentive, answering every question I had before arriving.. When I arrived for my first consultation, I was immediately impressed the hospital is spotless, beautifully designed (it looks more like an art gallery than a medical facility!), and even smells amazing. After finishing my Miss Grand competition, I decided to have my breast augmentation here, based on a recommendation from Gotchbell – MGT. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff greeted me with warm smiles and kindness. I initially came just to see how I’d feel, but by the end of my consultation, I felt confident and ready to go ahead. My doctor (Dr Ou Diat)carefully assessed my body type and recommended an implant size that would give me a natural, balanced result and he was absolutely right, he is a magician he can appear stoic but after the work he’s very sweet, I think he’s just very focused and wants to be precise prior. A few days later, my surgery went perfectly. I stayed overnight to recover, and the team made sure I was comfortable and safe at all times. Because I’m anaemic, they took extra care and moved me to a private hospital for aftercare, which really showed how dedicated they are to patient safety. If you’re coming from abroad (like me, from the UK) and considering breast augmentation in Thailand, I highly recommend The Art Hospital. The level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail is outstanding. They truly treat every patient like royalty.
