I had a wonderful experience at SLC. Firstly the clinic is beautiful and a great location. The staff are very welcoming and kind. I underwent the Hollywood Face Sculpt by Dr Da and also had MPT and Volnewmer to lift my face and tighten my skin. And all I can say is WOW! Beautiful and natural looking results and fantastic doctors.

I don’t understand how this clinic runs🤯🤯🤯I walked in because I wanted some consultation and to see what treatments I could do. But they didn’t arrange any proper consultation like other clinics. First, an English-speaking staff came. I asked her for the price of Botox and Xeomin. She made me wait for a long time, then told me to scan a WeChat QR code and contact someone on WeChat to ask for the price. OMG, why is it so hard just to get a price? I’ve been to clinics in different countries, and I’ve never seen a clinic that seems so uninterested in making money. If you don’t want to do business, just close the door.

Disappointed ☹️ They charged me for the operation fee (service fee)even though i called the international number and when i told them they stopped replay on me as well as i went to 2 other branches to understand if they usually got fee for the service they told me no we dont take extra fee for a service Here is the service i did , which is not in the website : Botox 100 unit allergen 25000 TBH Operation -Service fee 900 TBH special needle 100 TBH Total 26000TBH —— Other branch same SLC clinic Same brand botox 2500 TBH No service fee Special needle 50 TBH There is No fixed price i think it depends on where you are from , how you look like . Please be careful as no one helped me to return my money back it was very frustrating especially it was my second day in Bangkok . Also the international number stopped replay forever . At the end i don’t recommend it .

The receptions don’t know even basic details about services and have to ask around for a while then after the knowing person came to talk, they judged us from our appearances and were rude to the point of bluntly calling us ‘overweight’. We decided immediately that we should leave, and that’s the best decision of the day. Also after we decided to leave that guy gave us a ‘I know you can’t afford the price’ look, before we left. That’s the rudest thing we have experienced. Sorry to look so poor.
