The Clinic was very clean. The staff are service oriented. The dermatologist was very good in explaining details of the process, the differences of each skin treatment. I had a very good experience and the outcome was good. Price of services for me is also reasonable.

Dr. Kittisak and the staffs are very friendly and provide great care with my treatment everytime I visited! I had trouble with presistent acne on my face for almost 2 years and was treated by the Radiance clinic. I see great results after a few months, their products works very well and the price is affordable! Highly reccommended this clinic.

Booking process was very quick and easy over Whatsapp. Clinic is easy to find and the check-in was good. However, although the doctor was nice, his assistant was giggling at everything the entire time, which felt very unprofessional. They were both in normal clothing and did not introduce themselves so just started, which was also a bit weird. I went in for 2 mole removals and spider vein removals on my nose, and sadly I have not seen any improvement for the latter, very disappointed. You do get a helpful English language aftercare sheet. Overall - fine, but not amazing service, felt a bit like a waste of money
