I had a SMAS mid-face, lower facelift, and neck lift with fat transfer with Dr. Piti Rujanavej at One Mai Clinic in Bangkok. From the first consultation, he made me feel comfortable and that I was in good hands. His calm, clear way of explaining things and his strong medical background gave me confidence moving forward. The hospital was well organized, and the OR team were professional and reassuring. His stitch work is very neat, and the results already look natural and balanced. The reception girls at One Mai Clinic were also kind and helpful every step of the way. If you’re considering a facelift or neck lift in Bangkok, I’d recommend Dr. Piti and his team. I had an appointment booked for 3:45 PM. I even left work five minutes early to make sure I arrived on time. When I got there, I filled out some forms and sat down to wait. And I waited… for an entire hour. Despite six receptionists being present at the desk, not one of them checked in on me, updated me on the delay, or even acknowledged my wait. No apology, no explanation—nothing. They didn’t offer me water or any refreshments. By 4:45 PM, I had sat in silence for 1 hour. So I got up and left. Nobody said anything when I was leaving. I don’t think they even noticed I had left. This level of disregard for a scheduled appointment is unacceptable.
