The entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment you are welcomed by the receptionist, through the consultation with the doctors, the treatment itself,the way the visit is concluded, not to mention post op service — everything truly professional and well organized. You genuinely feel treated as a guest, not just a customer. The whole team is very patient and reassuring during cleaning and massage pre treatment. Renaud carefully answers any questions you have and never did he "push" on any treatment/products, and Dr. Peeraya executed the HIFU procedure in a truly textbook manner with precision and power, leaving nothing to chance You have to go far to find this level of service and professionalism for the price you pay. Highly recommend clinic to anyone doing aesthetic treatments in Europe.

A big thank to this Doctor, He really solved every question I had. However, he is not a man who will look at you for the money and this is very important today! He is a man who loves his job terribly and it was evident from the first minute. I had such an amazing experience at metro beauty center in Bangkok. I messaged the manager on Whatsapp about 45 min before closing and they still agreed to see me that evening so I got there right away. I love love love how I can choose how many units of Botox I wanted (American tox). Other clinics sell by the bottle and even if it's cheaper than buying per unit I don't want to end up with 100 units of Botox on my face when I am used to getting 30-40 units. Doctor is very skilled and precise. They even have their assistant ice the area before they inject. This is a luxury clinic who knows what they are doing and not a Botox factory Injecting bottles of toxin when you don't need them. Yes it's more expensive than those budget clinics who sell by the bottle but this clinic is more precise and customized. Everyone spoke perfect English so I honestly felt like I was back in Canada. I really wish I could come here every few months if I lived in Thailand. Thank you so much for accommodating me.

The staff are very knowledgeable. I obtained the desired results after treatment and healing. The procedures were explained in detailed terms I could understand. The cost was super reasonable in my opinion. This place is very clean. The staff are super polite and very accommodating. They follow-up thoroughly post treatment.

I would like to thank Dr. Tanatip for her excellent work. The results are exactly what I asked for: very natural, yet with a clearly visible before-and-after. She was professional, attentive and made me feel completely confident throughout the treatment. I won’t hesitate to come back to her during my next visit to Bangkok. Highly recommended!
