Eager to ask deposit from you if you are an overseas customer. I was assured of an unconditional refund if I send the deposit over and have consulted the doctor. Once deposit is placed, the refund conditions were then disclosed to me. By then I have submitted 2 times deposit for nose and chin augmentation. On the day of surgery, almost all the optional items become a must do, topped up for silicone implant and chin rasping. Because the package silicone only come in a small piece size. There is no imaging on what my face will turn out to be based on what size of implant. Doctor gave advice on a small sized implant and suggested to top up more money for fillers? No scientific journal would recommend such an unethical practice. I have to negotiate on what I want which is different from the advice. In the end I left partially satisfied with the implant as I’ve hoped for a more projected chin line. Aftercare service is inconsistent in response. Oh well this is an experience that left me half hearted.

I am very disappointed after travel far from overseas to come to this clinic only to waste my money and time. When I booked online, the staff didnt explain crucial details & information about rhinoplasty. I wanted to to open rhinoplasty but didnt get enough information, ended up doing close rhinoplasty instead. The result is far beyond what I want. Now I have to wait and get it revise elsewhere because Emma had ruined my nose.

Promotion price is not as promoted. Asked detailed information before going but when get into the clinic they add so many things until the price goes too far. Clinic should be more sincere. Really unreliable.
