Travelling solo, I was made to feel at ease and the communication was always there from the Laiason support team. Everything was well organised with transfers from airport to hotel/PPSI. I recently traveled to Thailand for cosmetic surgery with Dr. Wichuda, and I couldn’t be happier with my entire experience. From start to finish, everything was incredibly well organized, professional, and stress-free. I stayed at The Montien Hotel, and the staff there were absolutely wonderful — warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a very calm, relaxing atmosphere, which made my recovery so much easier. Dr. Wichuda and her team were amazing. I had a 360 tummy tuck, breast implants, and augmentation, and the care I received was thorough and compassionate every step of the way. Dr. Wichuda took the time to explain everything in detail, and her skill and precision truly show in my results. The follow-up care was just as impressive — organized, attentive, and reassuring. I can’t thank Dr. Wichuda and everyone involved enough for making this experience so positive. My experience with CosMediTour from start to finish was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend it. The customer service, the care, and 5 star amenities were ALL Amazing, from the hospital, my Surgeon, Hospital staff, the hotel, CosMediTour staff & transfer drivers. Can not fault anything. I am so VERY satisfied with my journey & The outcome, that I'm booking in again for another procedure. My fiance was so impressed with the customer service & journey that he experienced as my travel companion, that he has told everyone about the experience when we got back home, he's so happy that his excited to be going back with me as my companion lol. I have to admit, it does make a difference to have a companion with you on this journey. I believe I had the best companion & that definitely helped take the experience to another level 💕, not to mention we were fortunate to experience this during xmas season & New years eve on a boat cruise following my procedure 🥂🎉✨️. The entire experience was fabulous! I was a little concerned about being in Thailand and if there were any issues, however, the surgeon (Dr Montien) was so professional, the hospital and nursing staff were far superior to Australian hospitals and level of care. I have no complaints whatsoever, my face & neck lift is so natural and I look at least 10 years younger. I didnt tell me many people about the procedure and so now everyone just remarks on how good I look. (It helps to change your hairstyle or colour so people think thats whats changed). 6 stars!!!
