I had an incredible experience with Bangkok Plastic Surgery for my breast surgery. I actually found this clinic last minute before flying to Bangkok, and I feel so lucky that I did. From the very beginning, their team responded incredibly fast and answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. It made me feel safe and confident choosing them even before I arrived in Thailand. The prices were very reasonable and affordable, but the service and care I received felt truly premium. I especially want to thank Miss Tak, the manager, who was absolutely amazing. She arranged transportation for me as a special customer and helped coordinate everything smoothly. She explained every detail of the procedure and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Her kindness and professionalism made a huge difference in my experience. The clinic itself was very clean, modern, and well organized. The whole team was friendly and supportive throughout my surgery journey. A big thank you to Mr. Pichet and the entire medical team for helping me achieve my dream breast surgery. I’m so grateful for their care and expertise. I recently had surgery in Bangkok in May 2026, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Miss Tak was incredibly helpful from our very first communication via WhatsApp while I was still in Australia. She answered all my questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. From the moment I arrived, all the clinic staff were attentive, professional, and caring. The chauffeur service was excellent and always available to assist whenever needed. A special thank you to Dr. Pichet, who made me feel comfortable and confident from our very first consultation. His professionalism and expertise were outstanding. The surgery went smoothly, and I didn't feel a thing. The service, clinic facilities, and both the pre- and post-surgery care were exceptional. Excellent care and staff, providing superb after care, with an outstanding team of nurses. All the staff and medical team were friendly, helpful, but professional. I underwent a scrotal skin graft vaginaplasty with full orchiectomy. Now this is a complex and lengthy operation, but all pre-op checks were thorough, including chest x-ray, ECG (EKG), and interview with psychiatrist/Phycologist and all included in package. The operation seemed to go well, and spent 4 days in the clinic recovering, and looked after by nurse team. Then, well for me, when all the dressings came off and packing removed, I had suffered greater than usual swelling, above normal, but was reassured by the Surgeon, everything would be OK. Which it was :) I had to wait for 2 weeks of recovery from Initial operation and general anaesthetic, but was then taken back under for corrective surgery, to correct my adverse swelling. This was all included and was to provide the results I had expected and the Dr had reassured me that they would be. This surgery was basically a Libia-Plasty, to ensure a better natural looking result, and to reduce where the swelling that was in excess. The dressings came off the same day, but redressed for the night, to avoid any chances of infection. The next day, everything was removed, and the results were much more pleasing and as expected. I was certified fit to fly, as my flights home were just the next day. On return to UK. I got myself re-checked by medical team, just for my own peace of mind, and to ensure I was following correct care procedures. I was comforted to find out everything did look good, no signs of possible infections, and the care plan given was robust, and I had nothing to worry about. So all in all, a great service provided, with a good outcome, great after care, and was given great advice to follow on returning home, to keep healthy and recover well. I would recommend the BPS clinic to friends and others who are looking for advice. I have recently had the best experience here. Having had a full tummy tuck and abdominal muscle repair, plus lipo. First of all I chose this clinic based on the super helpful and informative correspondence I had with Ms Tak. I then received the best care and assistance going to and from a hospital appointment for a pre op medical, from a chauffeur to personal care assistant. My Surgeon DR Pichet is fantastic, I am over the moon with the results, he is very experienced and it shows in his work! Also post op my recovery care has been great. The nurses absolutely made this recovery easy with their help and guidance. They even washed and blow dried my hair, a simple but amazing act of kindness. It made me emotional. More chauffeur driven pick ups and drops offs for post op check ups (literally door to door service) Highly recommend this brilliant team.

I had the best experience at Bangkok Plastic Surgery. This was my first time ever having surgery, and on top of that it was in a different country, so I was really nervous. Miss Pak and her team made me feel comfortable from the very start. The clinic and facilities are great, everyone is so welcoming, and everything ran smoothly and efficiently. Communication before the surgery was quick, clear, and really detailed. Dr. Pichet was wonderful and I am incredibly happy with the results! Thank you so much to everyone at BPS.
