My experience at Vibe PS in South Korea exceeded every expectation from start to finish. From my very first interaction to my post-op recovery, the entire journey felt seamless, professional, and incredibly supportive. I started communicating with the folks at VIBE in mid 2025 and connected with Jay who ended up as my medical coordinator, who deserves special recognition. Jay facilitated my initial Zoom consultation with Dr. Yoo with such patience, clarity, and helpfulness. He and Dr. Yoo took the time to thoroughly explain the procedures, answer every single question I had, and guide me through the entire process step-by-step so I get informed with everything that will happen from the beginning of the process down to post-op. Once I arrived in Korea, Jay continued to make sure I was comfortable, informed, and fully taken care of, from appointments and scheduling to recovery check-ins. His attention to detail and genuine care made me feel safe and confident every step of the way. I underwent face and nose surgeries, and the results are incredible. Dr. Yoo is truly an expert in his field. The precision and his aesthetic eye, and professionalism were evident from our first consultation and it showed with my final results. He listened carefully to my goals, offered recommendations, and delivered results that look both beautiful and natural. More importantly, he didn't recommend any unnecessary procedures. If anything, I wanted to do lower bleph on my mid face and he recommended against it. The transformation on my face has boosted my confidence tremendously, and I could not be happier with how everything turned out. The entire clinic staff at Vibe was welcoming, organized, and highly professional. The environment was clean, modern, and calming, which made the whole experience even more reassuring. Every detail, from pre-op preparation to post-op care, was handled with excellence. I am already looking forward to returning to Vibe for future procedures. I preemptively had another surgeon in the US check out my incisions (an ENT and plastic surgeon) and my healing progress and she was also impressed with how well the work that was done. Dr Yoo and his team has been nothing short of exceptional for the procedures that I’d done with them. They are attentive and patience with really good end results. Jason who was assigned as my translator has been extremely helpful the entire time. I knew I was going to be in Korea for a conference and wanted to take the opportunity to get ptosis correction, which has been bothering me for the last couple of years. A month and a half prior to coming to Seoul, I did some research and came across VIBE Plastic Surgery on Instagram. I liked how Dr. Yoo was sharing his knowledge of different procedures confidently and was put at ease by the excellent reviews on Google so I proceeded to contact the clinic via Whatsapp. The response from the English interpreter, Jason, was quick and after sharing an old picture of what I was looking for, I received a preliminary diagnosis as well as estimated costs. Jason also helped me to lock in an appointment with the doctor. Fast forward to my in-person consult, the actual diagnosis was relatively similar but Dr. Yoo recommended undereye fat repositioning and facial fat grafting in addition to my ptosis correction procedure. Since I was going for a fully refreshed look, it made sense to incorporate the doctor's suggestions. Dr. Yoo was very patient and took the time to listen to my concerns. I had met with other doctors as well but Dr. Yoo seemed to understand the natural look I wanted. His manager was also very patient with me as I was trying to figure out the costs and finalize the options that were presented to me. Jason, the English interpreter was there at every step of the way to help me fully grasp what I was getting myself into. On the surgery day, Dr. Yoo made sure that we were on the same page about the eyelid design before the surgery started. The surgical process was not pain-free but bearable. Dr. Yoo's nurses were very patient and kind and did not rush me to leave the clinic (I took longer than other patients to recover from the sedation). They also made sure to schedule the post-recovery laser treatment sessions so I could heal faster. Jason also checked in regularly during the week post-op to make sure I was well-situated. As I am writing this review, I am one-week post-op with stitches removed and still recovering but I can see the intricate work by Dr. Yoo. My eyelids already look much better and I am looking forward to seeing the final results in a couple of months. I am so appreciative of Dr. Yoo and his amazing team -- the nurses, front desk staff and interpreter Jason who made this whole experience less stressful.
