ROI Plastic Surgery

As time pass, the eyebag concerns just gets more intense. Was impressed by a Ms Sara’s sharing of her procedure on TikTok and decided to make an appointment with Roi via KakaoTalk. After about a month, i found myself in Roi, level 7 at Sinsa Square. The ladies at reception were welcoming and friendly. After being briefed by a staff, i was ushered to Dr You’s office where he explained the procedure in perfect English. He then made some markings on my face and with much confidence, i await the procedure. After a few hours due to sleep sedation, i awoke and didn’t feel any pain. Was prescribed antibiotics, given a sheet of dos and donts and off i went to get some needed rest. By Day 2, i was out and about. After a week, returned to have stitches removed and satisfied with the results. The puffiness and bruises will ease and glad that i made the right decision to go to Roi. Definitely no regrets! Thanks again to Dr You and the wonderful ladies!

I’m currently 11 days post-surgery, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results of my lower blepharoplasty and fat grafting. Pre-arrival / Diagnosis: Since I was only going to be in Seoul for a week, all pre-arrival consultations were done via WhatsApp months in advance. I sent photos and had a detailed discussion with Roi about the available options, including the pros and cons of each. The scheduling process was smooth, and I was able to secure my slot with a deposit. Day of Surgery: The clinic was clean, modern, and very welcoming. The receptionists and nurses were kind and reassuring throughout. They used a translation device to ensure clear communication, which made the whole experience much more comfortable. Before the procedure, I had a consultation with Dr. You to go through the surgical plan and address any concerns. He has a very calm, soft demeanour and came across as both professional and reassuring in his clinical advice. I will say that I found it slightly intimidating when I was already on the operating table and still awake while the nurses prepped me—applying iodine to my abdomen and face and placing restraints on my feet. I understand this is standard practice in Korea, though it’s usually done after anaesthesia in other countries, so it caught me off guard. That aside, the surgery itself went smoothly. Post-Surgery: Recovery has been excellent. I experienced only minor swelling and was able to return for follow-up reviews the next day and again one week later before flying home. Day 10–11: My stitches were removed on Day 7, and the healing has progressed beautifully. The results already look very natural, and I’m genuinely impressed with how well everything has settled. I chose Roi Surgery based on Sara Yoon’s recommendation, and I’m so glad I did. A big thank you to the entire team for making me feel safe, cared for, and supported throughout the entire journey

After visiting multiple clinics, I decided on ROI Plastic Surgery and I’m so glad that I did! Dr. You is excellent as he is patient, caring, professional and his English proficiency is outstanding. He was able to explain my procedure in meticulous detail and I appreciated his candor. He also did not try to upsell any extra procedures and his surgical style is focused on rejuvenation (so you’ll still look like yourself but a younger and refreshed version). His staff was lovely to work with and I can see why he is so popular! I’m still healing but I’m already pleased with my results!

I chose this clinic after seeing it recommended on Instagram by someone who had undergone a procedure I was interested in. One thing I really appreciated was that the doctor spoke English, which made it much easier to clearly communicate what I wanted and feel reassured throughout the process. The staff were also kind and friendly, which made the experience even more comfortable. The only issue I encountered was with the after-hours/emergency contact. My friends tried reaching out on my behalf but had difficulty getting through until around 8am. Overall, I’m happy with my experience at the clinic. I’m still in the process of recovering from my surgery, but based on the before-and-after results I’ve seen so far, I feel confident in my decision and would recommend this clinic.

I just had a lower Blepharoplasty and fat graft done here last week after months of shopping around. I couldn't be happier with my decision! Dr. Yoo is extremely talented and really knows his stuff. He's also a genuinely cool and personable guy that I enjoyed talking to during my consult and follow up. My incision and stitches were so tiny and precise and clean, it impressed everyone in my surgery support groups. I got my stitches out today and you would never guess that I had surgery only 7 days ago! I have literally no complaints at all (though as a warning, it can sometimes take a day or two to hear back on the messenger services.. But it's worth the patience!) and I recommend Dr. Yoo and his very sweet staff at ROI whole heartedly. 💖
