My review is for the experience and customer service from booking until surgery date (it is too early for the results). I had a double chin removal and muscle tightening. I love the clinic: I had a consultation in January, and the surgery today (March). And throughout the process, the clinic exceeded my expectations. It is very luxurious setting, not one of the touristy factory surgeries I experienced elsewhere in Seoul, but with good prices/promotions too. The surgery went extremely well, they gave me free hydration with vitamins IV because I had a severe headache before the surgery. The doctor was brilliant, with very positive vibes which helped with my nervousness. I slept after surgery for a while because it was very comfortable. It helped as I travel alone, so I was rested and recovered from anaesthesia when I left. I highly recommend them.

The first time i had surgery procedure with HerShe was Dec 2024 for fat grafting to balance my face feature. I am very happy with the result and look very natural. So just recently i had few more surgeries procedure (blepharoplasty, double chin removal, cheek liposuction, and botox) with Doctor Kim and Doctor Jung Jessy and Dea is very helpful and friendly. From making a booking with Doctors, translate Doctors explanation during consulation, organise pick up from airport/hotel. Make all the process very easy and breeze. They go thru step by step with the client from day 1 until i going back to my country. They always make sure that we feel comfortable. All the HerShe clinic staff are very good, profesional and kind manners. Thank you very much.

Miss Jessy - I only have one word for her - PHENOMENAL. Hershe is lucky to have Miss Jessy representing their clinic. She is the main reason I decided to proceed with the surgery. She gives assurance to those who are nervous or unsure and her kindness makes you feel so comfortable and safe. She responds to every single question whether it’s through a text or directly so patiently. As a foreigner, someone like me normally would feel nervous especially when it’s your first time. She stood by me throughout the entire process from the beginning to the end. She took care of me not just as a patient but a human who also cares for the well being of another person.
