Melissa helped me navigate through my first trip in Korea getting breast augmentation surgery. I feel safe and supported throughout the entire process. She helped me translate and advocated for my surgery price, safety and quality. She is by my side from the initial clinic consultation until I finished my surgery. Im so glad to have found Gangnam Medical Concierge, Melissa and Dominic for my trip. The most honest and professional medical tourism agency I have the chance to work with.

I had a good overall experience with Gangnam Medical Concierge. While it wasn’t completely perfect—there was a small hiccup with one of the Airbnb accommodations arranged for me—it was a complimentary arrangement, so I really can’t complain as it ultimately came down to personal preference. Dominic, the concierge, was especially helpful throughout my stay. He personally selected the clinic where I had my surgery, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He always made sure I to my appointments and was very supportive whenever I had questions. He was approachable, responsive, and clearly wanted to make the experience as smooth as possible. Despite the minor accommodation issue, I appreciated the level of assistance and coordination provided. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I’m grateful for Dominic’s help during my medical trip.

The staffs are friendly, and responsive. I genuinely believe they care about their patients. They provided FREE room (great locations and close to everything), FREE transportation (from clinic to room), and FREE translation. Personally I think GMC’s staffs translate better than translators at the clinics. Everyone was great, but shout out to Dominic for taking a great care of me and my sister. He provided everything we needed to a have comfortable recovery from heating pads, pumpkin juice, masks, tissue/q tips. I cannot be happier to be a GMC’s client. For everyone considering going to Korea to get surgeries I recommend contacting GMC first since they know which clinics are good and which produce undesirable results. Love you Dominic and Melissa!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dominic from Gangnam Medical Concierge. He was incredibly helpful, informative, professional, supportive, funny, and proactive throughout the entire process. He truly went above and beyond anything I could have expected. As a visitor from the US who does not speak Korean, I was honestly very nervous about seeking medical treatment in Korea. However, Dominic and his staff handled absolutely everything for me, including translating and coordinating every step along the way. They made me feel comfortable, supported, and reassured throughout the entire experience. I honestly could not have managed all of these procedures without him. Dominic made everything so much easier and far less stressful. Even with my limited time, he organized and scheduled everything seamlessly and somehow made it all happen smoothly. His dedication, communication, and genuine care made such a huge difference in my experience. I am beyond grateful for all of his help and would absolutely recommend Dominic and Gangnam Medical Concierge to anyone needing assistance in the future.
