I came to receive thread lifting and loved the clinic. I felt very assured knowing that the doctor graduated from the top medical school in Korea and practiced there, unlike many other clinics around. I could trust him completely and felt fully confident letting him work on my face. I was genuinely touched and felt very well taken care of. One thing I was especially grateful for was the level of care and sincerity I received from the entire team. Unlike other clinics that try to sell you unnecessary treatments, the doctor here only recommended what I actually needed. That made me very happy and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place again and will surely recommend it to others.

Had such a positive experience with Face Plus. I initially contacted them via email to enquire about the cosmetic surgery I wanted - upper and lower eyes. After an online consultation where I provided photos, Dr Park suggested a subbrow excision, lower blepharoplasty and under eye fat reposition. I was given the price this would cost and after transferring the deposit, I requested a surgery date for 7 weeks later. During the next couple of months I sent a few questions by email and they were always answered quickly. On arrival in Seoul I had a consultation appointment and the surgery the following day. All the staff were very friendly, including the translator - she especially put me at ease. Dr Park was very nice too and I felt confident I had chosen a great surgeon. After the surgery I visited twice more - once to have light therapy and have the dressing changed and the second time to have light therapy and the dressing & stitches removed. I saw Dr Park again and he was pleased with how everything was looking. Just a week after surgery, I am already pleased with the outcome. I'm so glad I made the decision to come to Korea and use Face Plus, I would definitely recommend them. If I require anything in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to come back!

They did a very good job with reducing the size of my chin and reducing the sag around my eyebrows and eyelids. I look very natural looking and the healing process is fairly easy and smooth. Trisha was a great help to me as much coordinator and helped with my English language needs immensely. She even helped get me my medication with my Mastercard debit card and showed me where to go. Doctor Park was a kind man too and so were the nurses and staff in his clinic. The procedures only took just over 2 hours in total and their clinic is clean and lovely. I recommend this place to everyone!

⚠️ WARNING TO ALL FOREIGNERS LOOKING FOR A NOSE JOB ⚠️ A decision to permanently alter your face is not one that should ever be taken lightly. The most important thing you can do to avoid lifelong regret is to be thorough and choose the right place. I chose this clinic three years ago while living in Korea with my husband for three main reasons. First, at the time, there were no negative reviews regarding rhinoplasty. Second, the staff spoke very good English, which was extremely important to me as a foreigner who did not speak Korean and was making a major medical decision. Third, the price was very attractive. I had consulted with several clinics, and this one was nearly half the cost—which I later realized was for a reason. My goal was a very natural result: simply removing a small bump that had been a long-standing insecurity. I avoided side photos of myself and often felt upset when I saw them. The clinic was reassuring and kind, which made me feel I could trust them. They also told me I needed to correct a deviated septum. I never believed my nose was crooked, but I trusted the professionals and assumed it would be handled properly. Immediately after surgery, my heart sank because something didn’t look right. I was repeatedly told this was normal, that swelling takes time, and that it can take up to two years for the nose to fully heal. So I waited. I was patient. At times I cried and felt uncomfortable, but I trusted the process. After two full years, nothing had improved. My nose is now noticeably crooked—more crooked than before surgery. As shown in the photos, my nose was straight before, with even nostrils. Now, while the bump is slightly reduced, it is still present, my nose is significantly crooked, and it is longer than it used to be. After the two-year mark, I reached out to the clinic to express my concerns. I was told they would review my case and get back to me. They never did. At that point, I had already returned to my home country, and communication stopped entirely. My money was taken, and there has been no accountability or attempt to address the outcome of the surgery. I am sharing this as a warning, especially to foreigners. Once you leave the country, you may have no recourse. Please choose a clinic you truly trust. Price should never be the deciding factor. If you cannot afford the right surgeon, it is better to wait or find a way to afford it. Do not choose a clinic simply because it is cheaper. Take it from someone who has to live with their decision for the rest of their life.
