I researched facelifts for two years before I decided to go to The M Clinic for my full facelift and fat-grafting procedures. Dior from The M Clinic is my Personal Consultant Advisor. From day one, she has been patient, well-informed in her field, and willing to assist to make sure I feel comfortable discussing my needs and expectations. The surgeon, Dr. Lee, and I agreed on what techniques to use for my facelift surgery and what I needed to ensure the best outcome. Dr. Lee is a senior plastic surgeon. He made me feel at ease before and after the surgery, explaining in detail so I understood what to expect through the stages of recovery. Today is my 32nd day after the facelift surgery, and I am so thankful to Dior, Nurse A, and Dr. Lee, who made me 15 years younger, if not more, especially on my face, neck, and skin. Forever grateful!

Nonsense surgeon, cheating expert. Asked for the procedure you wanted, but came out different procedure. Materialistic doctor, simply charged price. The price higher the better for him. Better go to other plastics surgeon. First time in my life being simply charged very high by the staff of the clinic as being ordered by their boss. Outcome very awful. Causing disaster to patients.

I will give ZERO star if google allow me to do so! First of all this establishment is an absolute nightmare. I signed treatment package get rid of my pigmentations and guess what? THEY GAVE ME MORE. My skin feels RUINED and when i tried to file a complaint to them and their response truly do reflects their non existent professionalism. The dr. crosses his leg and said “I told you to add Vitamin C injections to your session but you’re the one who didn’t want any” After enquiring their services (RM thousands) two unexplained black blotches appeared on my cheeks. I’ve went to SEVERAL other beauty establishments for a second opinion and they could not believe what they were hearing. I am so unhappy with the result. Regret to be there

Quite pricey and felt more commercialized here compared to other. Not satisfied with double eyelid surgery done. Pay so much money but get the most worst ever result. Suggest to go other doctor more cheaper.
