We are truly grateful to Dr. Badrul at Island Hospital. He performed surgery on my father in January 2026, and Alhamdulillah, my father’s condition has improved significantly. Previously, he was diagnosed with achalasia and had great difficulty eating. From the very first consultation, Dr. Badrul explained everything very clearly and thoroughly, from the condition my father was experiencing to the surgical procedure that would be performed. We truly feel that Dr. Badrul genuinely cares for his patients. His explanations were very calming and easy to understand. Just one day after the surgery, he was already allowed to drink milk, and now he can eat soft foods comfortably. Alhamdulillah, there was no significant pain after the operation. I had my total thyroidectomy in April at Island Hospital under the care of Mr Badrul Hisham Yeap and Dr Malik Mumtaz, and I’m very grateful for their excellent care. My surgery went smoothly with minimal post-operative pain, and I’m very happy with the neat stitches and scar, which healed nicely. Dr. Badrul was very professional, experienced, and focused on what needed to be done to treat me effectively. He performed my major tumor removal, and the stitches were exceptionally neat. He paid close attention to my treatment, both pre- and post-surgery and clearly explained everything important and necessary. His confidence in both himself and his patients naturally gives us trust and assurance in his care. During my follow-up visit, he welcomed me with a warm personality, genuinely glad to see my recovery. It’s clear that he takes pride in helping his patients.
