The hospital provides excellent care. The doctors and nurses are highly experienced and professional in their work. Thank you to my doctors from O&G Dr. Atikah, Dr. Diana and nurses from O&G (level 2) & all nurses from level wad 8B, Wendy, Nor Kamilah, Azalina, for their support from my consultation through my surgery and even during the admission in the wad. Their dedication gave me peace of mind in trusting them to handle my case. Appreciated most!

My daughter was warded here for delivery.Took 2 days to get the ward. Once warded only 1 visitor allowed per visit. I'm still ok with tht. When they told us to wait outside I was suprised to see our malaysian sitting and waiting on the floor as no chairs provided ! It's 2026! I'm pretty sure non of the government official will go through this. Very disappointed.

Emergency Paediatrics Review: I arrived at 1.30 pm. Kaunter Zero was empty, which I understood as it was their rest time. However, by 2.15 pm it was still unattended and no one entertained us. At 2.20 pm, an MA finally called us in to check my daughter’s blood pressure, temperature, and other basic assessments before giving us a queue number. It is now 5.15 pm and we are still waiting, despite there being fewer than 10 patients. I also noticed that only Room 8 seems to be operating, which makes me wonder if there is only one doctor on duty. This is the yellow zone, not the green zone, so the number of patients is not even high, yet the service is extremely slow. My daughter is already cranky, crying, and exhausted. Will update later on what time they finally call our number… huhu

Paling worst hospital ni. Imagine you are suspect threaten miscarriage, 50/50 baby can be save or not save. But you make me waited for 4 hours without any treatment while i still bleeding at the time. No treatment at all.. Now at 8.18 pm i at PPUM to get treatment. Tak tahu apa nasib baby i dalam perut ni. Masih selamat atau tidak. I waste my time waited at HTA for nothing. HTA you are very bad hospital ever!!

This was an extremely disappointing experience at HTA. My wife waited 28 hours from PAC for a bed admission, which clearly shows a system and management failure. No proper explanation or interim solution was provided during this long wait. On top of that, the attitude of some nurses and doctors was rude and lacking empathy, which is unacceptable when dealing with patients who are already under stress. Patients deserve timely care, respect, and professionalism. This experience has significantly reduced our confidence in the hospital’s service quality.
