I went in expecting a very basic, mediocre treatment, and I was pleasantly wrong. From the moment I arrived, the staff at Toscana Medi Clinic were extremely warm and welcoming. I immediately felt at ease. They started with a skin analysis, which completely surprised me in the best way. The male doctor who assisted me was incredibly helpful and shared information I had never been told before. He answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. I then had a consultation with the doctor, who was exceptionally knowledgeable. She explained my treatment plan so clearly and simply that it was very easy to understand. This is the only clinic I’ve been to and I’ve visited clinics in Thailand, South Africa, and South Korea that explained how pock marks can be treated without microneedling. She took the time to explain the difference between their technology and microneedling, and it made complete sense. I was honestly blown away by the level of detail, care, and attention given throughout my session. Even during the treatment, the doctor was extremely gentle and continuously checked on my comfort. I also appreciated how realistic they were about expectations and the number of treatments required- no false promises. Unfortunately, I’m flying back to South Africa, but when I return, I will definitely continue my treatments at this clinic. It is absolutely worth it. You truly get more than what you pay for.
