I am a very matured widow residing in Australia who needed a little pick me up. I heard about Dr Jed from my niece. I took a 5 night's holiday on 9th June 2026 I saw Dr Jed on 11th june. He was very professional, explained everything to me in a non patronising way ( you know how some doctors think you have not done any research). he explained the risks, showed me real photos and gave me his recommendation, considering my very matured age n knowing I will be flying out in 3 days time. The actual procedure took more than 2 hours. BECAUSE the clinic is dealing with a screamer who is scared of needles...yes, sorry to say I am penakut betul. the receptionist had to hold my hands it wasn't really painful, theres a bit of pain ( lets not kid each other) . Dr Jed is so brilliant and experienced. I just am a screamer. He took the time to do it in between my screams. The results were fantastic. I got a fresh looking face, no , not the tight fake unable to smile face. it was just a natural pick me up look. I am so glad I went. Thank you to the clinic, the nurses, the receptionist and Dr Jed. I will see you guys again in my next trip

Dr Ivan Tan and his team is the best. I had my first Botox experience here and they take time and care to explain everything and make you comfortable with the procedure and how it would affect you. They take you into a room keeping you calm, playing music and they are extremely friendly. I would 100% recommend this experience if you are considering Botox. The prices are very good too. It’s a 10/10 and this was my second visit.

The clinic is clean. All staff are friendly. Doctors are careful. The medicine they use is good so if u have insurance, I'm highly recommend this clinic

Had a wonderful experience with Pure Touch Clinic. Dr. Ivan was super friendly and helpful, and also the staff, always helpful and kind. The registration is also smooth and very efficient. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Bad customer service. Outsourced X-ray to another clinic and ask customer to wait, collect and send the report back to them. [UPDATE] I had to do consultation 4 days after the X-ray: 1. Dr/owner confronted me about my 1-⭐️ after the consultation. 2. Saying "Other people allocate enough time for employment health test. Why can't you?" 3. I had employment health test that includes x-ray before and it did not take 3 hours like it did here. It did not take walking across the street and back. 4. Immediately calling my other health tests I took before cikai without asking clarifying question about them. 5. Saying I am the only one who complains about this. Saying I am the only odd one out. Just because I am the only one complaining, it does not invalidate my experience. Just because I am the only one complaining, does not mean other people did not experience the same frustration. 6. Saying they have been in partnership with my potential employer for a long time. I ask why do they accept the employer as client knowing the employer requires x-ray and they do not provide that service. Cannot answer. 7. Dr/owner brought up the fact that one of the employee of my potential employer previously commited suicide by ramming their car at the employer office out of frustration. I am not sure how that story is relevant to my 1-⭐️. 8. Keep explaining why they have to do it this way. Ask me to change my 1 star after the explanation. Did not promise to improve their process. Did not even try say "ok we will try to figure a better way to do this". Did not try to understand my frustration. Did not even try to ask me if there is a way they can do better. 9. In my opinion, if I change my review, they will have zero motivation and incentive to change their process. Just because people are not complaining does not mean they were not frustrated. 10. At one point during the confrontation, the dr/owner said "this is all a mismatch of expectation". Yeah no shit Sherlock. Nobody from your team walked me through what was the plan for the day. I would appreciate it if someone tell me "Ok first we are going to do A, B, C here, they you have to walk over there and do D and E. Then you you have to comeback and do F and G. The whole process going to take over 3 hours." Not even that. They expect everyday people to know their process. Only being told the next step when we got to it. Like a sheep. No mention of walking across the street during registration. No mention how long the wait at the clinic across the road will be before they let me off. That is not a respectful way to treat a person. 11. The funniest thing here is, they insist that the consultation should be done after the x-ray and not before because they supposedly need to go through my x-ray report with me. I asked why is it necessary for emploment health test to consult on xray? Shouldn't you just send it to the employer or their insurer? No answer. But when I come in after x-ray today, we did not even go through my x-ray report with me. 😅 So why can't we do consultation before taking the x-ray in the first place? I was frustrated during the x-ray 4 days ago. I am frustrated again today during the consultation. I made a few suggestion like hire runner, teleconsultation, a second conditional consultation if your x-ray requires further consultation. These are easy fixes that reduces 3+ hour process to
