Overall, my experience with ParkCity Medical Centre has been extremely good. My son has been coming to this hospital since he was 1 year old, and now he is already 7 years old. Special shout out to Dr Salehuddin Samsudin from the Paediatric Department. He is very gentle, patient, and always explains everything clearly to parents. We truly appreciate his kindness and professionalism throughout the years. All the nurses are experienced, caring, and attentive. The facilities are also very well equipped and comfortable for both patients and parents. I was impressed with the smart features in the room — they even have Google AI to control the windows, curtains, and air conditioning. There is also Cuckoo water provided and a study/work table for parents who need to work from the hospital. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant hospital experience. Highly recommended for families with children.

I recently underwent fibroid surgery, and I am very grateful for the excellent care provided by Dr. Jaspal. Even during his busy schedule, he made time to personally check on my wound and ensure my recovery was progressing well. He was always professional, patient, and thorough in explaining every step of the treatment and follow-up plan. Today was my stitch removal appointment, and I felt quite nervous beforehand. However, Dr. Jaspal's calm, confident, and experienced approach immediately put me at ease. His dedication and compassionate care made a significant difference throughout my recovery journey. I would also like to thank his nurse assistant, Arzeen, for her kindness and patience. She was always gentle, helpful, and proactive in assisting with any documentation I needed, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Thank you both for the outstanding care and support.

I was admitted due to non-stop bleeding issues, and Dr Jaspal Singh took great care in investigating and identifying the cause of my condition. His explanations were very detailed and professional, which gave me a lot of reassurance and confidence. I am truly grateful that my surgery went smoothly and comfortably. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Jaspal and Nurse Azreen. I visited the clinic for cervical health investigations and follow-up care, and naturally I felt very nervous and worried about my condition. However, Dr. Jaspal was extremely professional, patient, and thorough throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain my results clearly, answered all my questions in detail, and made sure I understood every step of the treatment and follow-up plan. His calm and reassuring approach helped ease a lot of my anxiety. I would also like to give special recognition to Nurse Azreen. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and caring during every visit. Her warm attitude, patience, and reassurance made me feel comfortable and supported throughout the process. What impressed me most was not only their professionalism, but also how much they cared about my emotional well-being. Going through women’s health investigations can be stressful and overwhelming, but both Dr. Jaspal and Nurse Azreen made me feel respected, listened to, and genuinely cared for. I stayed here for the past 2 days and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. First, the room itself was big, but it felt very empty. There was barely any furniture inside. Even something simple like a large sofa or additional seating would make the room feel more comfortable. As it is now, the space feels incomplete and poorly utilized. Second, the food was very bland and not enjoyable. I was also not provided with hot water or cold water. Instead, they only gave plain drinking water instead of mineral water. Considering the price paid to stay at this hospital, basic amenities like proper water options should not be an issue. Third, the nurse attending to me appeared to be a junior nurse. My branula insertion failed twice, and eventually they had to call an ER doctor to assist. It gave the impression that there were no senior nurses available in the ward to handle such procedures. Overall, this experience is far below what I expected. For a hospital that is considered one of the most expensive in Malaysia, the level of service, care, and attention to detail should be much better.
