I met Dato Dr. Koay in 2010 in Penang. I have been receiving treatments from him since then. He is the most responsible aesthetic doctor I have ever met. At O2 Clinic, there are no pushy sales at all, the prices are very reasonable, and the staff are super friendly and professional. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and equipped with the latest technology. The procedures were explained thoroughly, and I felt comfortable throughout the process.

Amazed by my friend treatment result and decided to give a try on the Sylfirm treatment. The experience was great and doctor had given several advice based on your skin condition. They make sure you are comfortable when taking the treatment and minimise any pain. Recommend to come here for a try.

Extremely horrible treatment and so unprofessional the receptionist just today did not even let me in while I’m asking about dermatologist which they don’t have according to her, after I insisted to come in because she was talking to me with a bit of a cracked door, she stood in front of the door and asked me what do you want in a way that she’s rushing me to get the hell out of that place, so when I tried to explain what I’m looking for her answer was just no no so I cannot even imagine the treatment they will give to patients. So for a Clinic that doesn’t have doctors and people walk there are super rude. I was lucky at to start anything with them.
