Visited this clinic during my stay in Malaysia and had a great experience. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand my needs before recommending treatments. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the level of care throughout the visit was excellent. I was very pleased with the quality of service and would happily recommend the clinic to others seeking aesthetic treatments.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a really great experience at Nexus Clinic and can highly recommend it. The communication upfront was excellent. Everything was super easy via WhatsApp, and I already received helpful advice while making the appointment. That made the whole process very smooth and reassuring from the start. When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed. The clinic is located on the lower level, which was a little bit tricky to find at first, but definitely worth it. I first had a consultation with the assistant, who was incredibly friendly and thorough. She clearly explained the different treatment options, including procedures, prices and what would be most suitable for me. After that, I met the doctor, who was absolutely amazing - very kind, attentive and genuinely understanding of my skin concerns. I especially appreciated the honesty when discussing treatment options, protocols, costs, and realistic, long-lasting results. I felt very well taken care of and in safe hands throughout the entire experience. For my next visit to Kuala Lumpur, I will definitely return for further treatments. Very satisfied with my Botox treatment at Nexus Clinic! The doctor and staff were extremely professional and explain everything clearly before the treatment. I felt comfortable throughout the entire session, and the results look very natural and well-balanced exactly what I was hoping for. After ten sessions, I noticed that my hair loss getting stop. I saw less hair in my brush within a few weeks.I was skeptical about injections into my scalp, but the result surprised me.Highly recommend Nexus Clinic KL and especially Dr.Ashvinia. Every single person at the front desk and in the treatment room was warm, attentive, friendly, and highly trained. They made the entire experience smooth, painless, and stress-free.

Worst experience ever. I did a prp face injection. The whole procedure took 2 hours (i do it often, and it never takes more than 1 hr). The clinic doesn’t look very sanitary either( i applied the picture of the room where i was treated). They also don’t open the needles in front of you. So you can not be sure if it’s new or not. I was also asked to pay before the procedure. First i did not understand why, but now it explains, cause otherwise i would walk away right after i saw the room.
