Thanks to Dr Hew and super friendly nurse Aleeya for the wonderful experience I received during my laser treatment for age spots and skin tags. I thoroughly appreciated how Dr Hew explained to me during laser treatment which really put me at ease. To Aleeya, thanks for thoroughly explaining to me the procedure and aftercare to take care of my face. Thanks to both of you for your dedication and professionalism.

I’ve had subcision and fractional laser treatments at this clinic three times, twice with Dr Ong and once with Dr Hew, and all experiences were very positive, I can see obvious improvement after the treatment. Both doctors were professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedures. Recovery was manageable and the results are very encouraging. Would definitely recommend this clinic for acne scar treatment.

I was looking for a particular laser machine in KL and the moment I spoke to the lovely Leeya, I knew I was in the best of hands! No gimmicky sales pitch, just an honest explanation on what the clinic offers. I was booked the very next day and was extremely satisfied with the results of the laser treatment I received. I first consulted Dr Hew in July about a persistent dark spot on my cheek thinking it was hormone caused pigmentation which I thought was hard to get rid of. Dr Hew very patiently explained to me that it was not a hormone-caused spot and suggested using two prescription creams as a first and simplest attempt. I was doubtful the first couple of weeks as I did not see results but his staff did a very good job answering my questions and encouraged me to continue. Amazingly the dark spot started to fade after a month and it almost disappeared after 6 weeks. I strongly recommend seeing Dr Hew if anyone has any cosmetic concerns. His charge is also very reasonable. A trust worthy doctor!

Went for facial today. It was my first time here. It is pricey but the facial was good. However, I’m just sharing this and hope there will be improvement next time. While doing facial I could hear loud conversations between the girls at the registration counter. I think it’s not proper because besides getting our face cleansed, we come to relax. The room is just near to the registration counter. It was so noisy. Hopefully next time they will tone down the volume while speaking coz I couldn’t rest and enjoy my facial session without hearing the conversations with loud laughters. Please improve on this and be considerate next time. Thank you.
