Visited LS Clinic Mid Valley (Leskin) recently and had a very pleasant experience. The whole team was attentive and made me feel well taken care of throughout my visit. Dr. Chew was detailed in her consultation and made sure I understood what to expect before starting. I liked that everything felt honest and tailored, without any pressure to add on treatments. The procedure was smooth and comfortable, and I’m really happy with how my skin looks after — healthier and more refreshed. Overall, a reliable place for quality aesthetic care. Would come back again!

I’ve been coming to LS Mid Valley for many times and overall I’ve always had a good experience here👍 Dr. Chew is very professional and patient, which is why I keep coming back. The staff are also friendly and easy to approach whenever I need help ☺️ I always do Plinest at here and honestly saw really nice improvements in my skin 🥰 It feels more hydrated now, not as dry as before, and even my eczema has gone 😌 But the clinic has been getting busier lately, which I think is a good sign that more people trust them. Recently visited, I need to wait a bit longer, but I can understand why, and overall I was still very satisfied to Dr.Chew with her team ❤️ Will definitely continue coming back and would recommend this place to my friends… 😊😎😎

Terrible experience. So called Dr Chew is super unprofessional. When I saw the google review, I think most of them are written for promotion or package offer. This is because the real situation is terrible. Receptionists and girls all busy chitchatting and laughing, hair all messy; looks untidy and doesn’t seem like a clinic nor beauty saloon. Dr Chew is so proud and unfriendly; rude and unprofessional; I strongly do not recommend this place, do not believe the 5 stars google review, I don’t think is genuine comments.

I had an appointment at 12:00, but I’ve been waiting for about 40 minutes and still haven’t been called in. I also noticed the staff inside chatting and laughing — just wondering if the appointment time is meant for check-in or the actual consultation?
