Kind of hard to take lift due to crowds. Parking less then 30 minutes being charged RM3.00 already.. this is not shopping mall.. please do something about it.. I recommend at least give 1 hour free.. we come to gov hospital due to we are not high income earner. I will still give 5 stars..

Big crowd and high foot traffic recorded since early hours of the day . That thing though service and care rendered by all the frontliners are indubitably commendable .

Has a cafe at the end of the building. Clean. Lots of seating. Wide range of local food and kuih for breakfast. Could be busy on some days but sharing tables is a norm. Price a bit on a high side considering located at a public hospital.

Dr.Nurina, SOPD unit is lacking in basic professionalism....went with a referral letter from KKM.... She rudely says nth to do with her unit....keeps on referring to nurse for her unacceptable behavior. She makes eye contact only with the nurse....also refuse to give me her name. I got it from the hospital document. The number calling system is a sham The nurse at registration counter says it is called by the nurse in the doctor's room. Arrived at 9.30am...saw the doctor at 12.45. What criteria is used by the nurse to call the numbers. Mind you, I agree to very elderly and not too well patients given first priority. Something is amiss here! Went later to orthopedic & trauma unit.... almost closing time for lunch..the two counter staff, Alexander and Mariani were just so accomadating and helpful.

Some patients come as early as 530am to queue for their turn at jab urology. When we reached at 7am, there were more than 50 people waiting ahead of us. There are no seats made available to seniors especially elderly patients. Some resort to bring their own camping chairs. Top mgt of hkl should go down to the ground to see for themselves the real situation here. Suggest to implement a ticketing system to allow for patients to get their number easily without much inconvenience and discomfort to sickly patients especially elderlies. Pls consider this favourably and implement throughout the whole specialist centre. This not only improve customer experience by leaps and bounds but would definitely give praise to the government for lending an ear to the unfortunate people who have no choice but to rely on government health services for treatment.
