I very satisfied and happy with Hospital Pusrawi at Titiwangsa for the service and also with the Doctor Salehuddin. He is the best doctor for my spinal slip disc operation.😍At first i refused to do operation but after consult with Doctor Salehuddin and he explain to me about my MRI results wow, i so shock and i just proceed for the operation. He very responbility and truly care all his patient. The hospitality is very very awesome and the staff nurse is very soft and very respectful. Highly recomended 👌❤️

Giving 5 out of 5 stars for the service provided here. I was admitted to the postnatal ward due to some surgeries. From the doctors and nurses to the cleaners, physiotherapists, and food servers, everyone was very welcoming. I felt warm and well taken care of throughout my stay. The doctors explained my condition clearly, and the nurses treated me with kindness, always coming to my room with a smile. They were very gentle and careful when handling my treatments. The physiotherapists taught me how to breathe properly, diligently helped manage my pain, and showed me the correct exercises. The room was always kept spotlessly clean by the cleaners. Even at night, they would come to clear the dustbin. The food server, Maisarah, always served my meals warmly. However, I would like to suggest improving how the dietitian takes food orders from patients. The dietitian should at least suggest suitable foods or advise on what to avoid (“pantang”) based on the patient’s condition, as some patients may not be aware of dietary restrictions after procedures. Overall, I wish all the best to Pusrawi.

I recently stayed at Hospital Pusrawi for two nights for a minor sinus surgery, and I’m happy to share that my overall experience was very positive. The surgery was handled by Dr. Shamim from the Sinus Center, and I truly appreciate how efficiently everything was arranged. Dr. Shamim and the ENT team were professional, clear in their communication, and made me feel at ease throughout the process. Their prompt action helped ensure a smooth and stress-free recovery. The hospital bed was comfortable, which really helped with rest and healing. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive—their hospitality stood out and made my stay feel less clinical and more personal. One area that impressed me the most was the improvement in food quality. A big thank you to Ms. Azurin from the diet team for her care and thoughtful meal planning. The food was not only nutritious but also delicious. The highlight was the Tandoori Chicken Rice served in conjunction with the Deepavali celebration—absolutely the best meal I had during my stay. It felt like something you'd get in a good restaurant. The food was truly on another level! Thank you to the entire team at Hospital Pusrawi for your excellent care and service.

I had a very pleasant experience during my stay at Hospital Pakar Pusrawi. I would like to especially compliment Diet Aide / FSA Azureen for taking such good care of my meals. She was attentive, friendly, and always ensured everything was served properly according to my dietary needs. Her kindness truly made a difference in my recovery journey. Special thanks as well to Chef Ruzila and Chef Faiz. The meals prepared specially for Ramadan Nasi Kuzi Kambing were not only nutritious but also very delicious and well-presented. It honestly did not feel like typical hospital food — every meal was satisfying and comforting. Thank you to the team for the excellent service and dedication. Keep up the great work! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pushed my body a little too far this week and ended up with an ACL & PCL injury. Thankfully, I received excellent care and support throughout. I specifically requested Dr. Azmi as my orthopedic specialist due to his strong reputation in handling sports-related injuries—and I’m so glad I did. Huge appreciation to the amazing medical team: - *Dr. Azmi B Abdul Latif* (Orthopedic) - *Dr. Muhd Hafifi Bin Tulos* (Orthopedic) - *Dr. Zulkifly B Ali* (Anesthesiologist) Everyone in the OT was kind and attentive. I had half-body anesthesia, and Dr. Zul even went the extra mile by giving me two blankets to keep me warm. During the procedure, Dr. Azmi and Dr. Hafifi explained what was happening to my knee—though I probably dozed off halfway thanks to the meds 😅. Alhamdulillah, the operation went smoothly, and I’m truly grateful for their professionalism and care. On a lighter note, the hospital food deserves a shout-out—it was surprisingly good, even better than some private hospitals I’ve experienced! That said, I do feel the need to share some honest feedback for improvement: On 8/8/2025, I arrived at *9:30 AM* for my MRI and potential admission. Due to limited mobility, it was challenging to move between counters. After my MRI at 1 PM, I was passed around between billing, GL, and MRI counters just to check if my documents had been submitted. It wasn’t until nearly *5:30 PM* that I found out the MRI report had yet to be sent for GL approval. Only after checking with the emergency counter and making multiple calls to AIA did things finally progress. The process was unnecessarily stressful and exhausting. To the nursing team Wad As salam I understand that working in healthcare is demanding, but I truly hope patients are met with more compassion and professionalism. Between *4 PM to 11 PM*, it was difficult to rest due to loud conversations at the nurse station—I could clearly hear jokes and comments being made about other patients in pain, which was honestly disheartening. One moment that stood out was when a nurse handed me my meds and said,“Ni ubat. Makan.” A little warmth—something as simple as “Cik, ubat ni perlu makan on time ya” Would have made a world of difference, especially in a hospital that promotes Islamic values. + One of them mengeluh when I seek help to reheat my food for that only 1 time. Not all staff were like this. A few treated me with genuine kindness—and to those few, please know that I truly appreciate you. This isn’t meant to criticise, but to encourage better care and empathy for future patients. To those who showed me care and comfort—*thank you from the bottom of my heart.*
