I would like to express my sincere appreciation to one of the security staff at Gleneagles Hospital for his outstanding kindness and professionalism. During my relatives’ visit, they encountered a problem with their car. Without hesitation, he stepped in to help them. What truly touched me was that he offered his assistance sincerely and did not ask for any payment. His help was given purely out of kindness and compassion. He handled the situation very professionally, was polite, approachable, and made them feel comfortable asking for help. It is not often that we come across someone so dedicated and caring in their role. To the management of Gleneagles Hospital, I hope this staff member is recognized and rewarded for his excellent service. He truly represents the best of your organization. Visited Gleneagle recently and I am very impressed and satisfied with the professional services provided by Dr OZLAN IZMA, Orthopaedic surgeon. Dr. Ozlan demonstrated outstanding medical expertise, patience, and genuine compassion during my consultation. He took the time to listen attentively to my concerns, explained my condition and treatment options clearly, and ensured that all my questions were answered thoroughly. His calm and reassuring approach made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the treatment process. What impressed me most was his sincere dedication to patient care. He treated me with kindness, respect, and empathy, making me feel valued as a patient rather than just another case. His professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to provide practical advice reflect the highest standards of healthcare excellence. I would also like to commend the hospital staff for their courteous and efficient service, which contributed to a positive overall experience. 1) Special thanks to Dr Gurmeet:- I had been suffering from persistent pain in my right knee. I tried visiting a general clinic and even underwent traditional massage (urut), but the pain did not improve. It became especially painful whenever I climbed stairs or engaged in physical activities involving my right knee. When I consulted Dr. Gurmeet, he explained everything clearly in a way that was easy to understand. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. I truly appreciate his expertise and the confidence he gave me throughout the entire process. I highly recommend him to anyone experiencing sports-related injuries or similar issues. 2) Ms Hema:- I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Ms. Hema, my physiotherapist, for her excellent guidance throughout my physiotherapy sessions almost for three months. Along the way, she consistently encouraged me and generously shared her knowledge regarding my health condition. In addition, she was always willing to extend her help and advice for my other health concerns as well. I truly appreciate her dedication and professionalism. I am very happy and satisfied with the care and service she has provided.

The hospital facilities are excellent and worth the cost. Dr. Ravi Chandran is the best Gynaecologist I have ever met! His incredible experience made the delivery very easy. However, I must advise prospective parents to avoid Dr. Wong Hoi Ling (Mimi), who I found to be unprofessional and utter waste doctor

Super busy hospital packed with patients & visitors right in the middle of KL centre. Was there to meet a specialist. Very kind, accommodating & friendly person. Have open air parking if lazy to drive up the multi mevel parking building. Trendy cafes & CIMB bank located at ground floor, so convienient. Toilets were very clean & used state of the art plush systems.
