Huge thank you to Esadsa House. Dr. Cheong and his staff are amazing. Great bed side manner, affordable and most of all highly skilled. Dr. Cheong has years of medical experience and it shows. After my own horrific experience at another Kuala Lumpur area clinic, I was so relieved to be referred (by a friend/ Cheong client) to Esadsa House. You will be in excellent hands here! They are also respectful, patient and encouraging. They don't promise 'miracles' like 'some' clinics do, Dr. Cheong is realistic and recommends the best options available that are suitable to the individual. I'm very happy with my results and my experience was 100% positive. Highly recommend. :)

I am writing this review to express my heartfelt gratitude for the outstanding treatment that Dr. Rica and Esadsa staff provided me during my recent visit to your clinic. Dr. Rica’s expertise, compassion, and dedication to her patients are truly remarkable, and I feel blessed to have received medical care from her. I came to Esadsa Clinic to seek treatment that had been bothering me for quite some time. I have visited several doctors and after talking to them I was apprehensive about the treatment and uncertain about the outcome. When I met Dr. Rica, her empathetic approach towards me immediately put me at ease. She patiently listened to my concerns and took the time to explain the diagnosis and treatment plan in a way that I could understand. Dr. Rica’s medical expertise is exceptional, and she skilfully diagnosed my condition and provided me with an effective treatment plan. Her attention to detail and thoroughness in examining my medical history and symptoms was impressive, and it gave me the confidence that I was in good hands. I also appreciate your staff's professionalism and warmth towards me. They provided a friendly and comfortable environment, making my visit to the clinic a pleasant experience. I had a great experience in Esadsa Plaza Arkadia with another doctor, Dr Rica. She is a very professional and without losing human touch doctor. She was truly genuine during the consultations and helped me feeling easy with every treatment. She treats patient like close friends as she is always an active listener. Also, I felt very safe and comfortable as Dr Rica gave her honest perspective for every treatment that she proposed. Apart from that, they have a very friendly medical assistant called Ms Jenny. She will follow up with patients about appointment as well as the post treatment condition. She is also able to translate for patients that have concern about speaking same languages with Dr. without losing the essential messages especially on understanding of the risks and benefits of the procedure.

Did my nose and eyes here 1 year+ ago. At the pre-surgery consultation, the doctor (Cheong) didn’t really seem willing to listen to the patient’s suggestions and concerns. Also seemed to rush through the markings on the face before surgery, and didn’t measure (at all) the markings meticulously unlike what I read of other people’s experiences with other doctors. This should have been a cause for doubt but I went ahead anyway as I had made the payment. Results were: - Nose looks slightly slanted n uneven. Result looks quite unnatural. But eyelid results r even worse. - Eyelids are very obviously asymmetrical, with one eyelid crease being higher and weirder-looking than the other. Everything from the shape of the incision to the height, is not symmetrical. The incision line on the weirder-looking eye “forks out” at the outer end away from n above the actual crease fold (as the incision made is higher than the actual resulting fold, which I don’t understand why either). Because of this, the incision scar on that eye on the outer end is very visible even when I open my eye. Weirder-looking side looks bigger than the other side (before surgery, they looked the same size). Even with makeup, the asymmetry can’t be concealed. Now i’m contemplating revision with another doctor. Considering the premium prices they charge, I didn’t expect to have to get revision done! The surgery results totally do not justify the extra high prices this clinic charges. Qualified surgeons at other clinics who charge less could probably give better results.

I have failed surgery done by Dr Victor Cheong Mun Khan of esadsa clinic. He is incompetent. Beware
