Dream Clinic (KL)

I recently visited Dream Clinic Bukit Jalil for facial and neck treatments and I’m really happy with the results. I did three treatments — Fotona Pico Laser, Elaial Skinbooster, and Profhilo Skinbooster. After coming back from Taiwan, my cheeks were extremely dry from the cold weather. On top of that, being close to 40 and having given birth about a year ago, pigmentation, fine lines and sagging skin have been my main concerns. The treatments really gave my skin a big boost. My face looked instantly fuller and more plump after the session. Fine lines appeared softer and I could see a lifting effect too. Very encouraging results even within the first few days. Dr Jesse Chong was very professional, gentle and detailed in explaining everything before and after the procedure. The whole process felt safe and well handled. They also applied anesthesia cream beforehand. My pain tolerance is quite high, so I’d rate the pain around 2–3 out of 10 — very manageable. I had some mild bruising, but that was expected and properly explained. What I appreciate most is their follow-up — the team actually checks on your skin condition after the procedure, which shows they really care about results and customer safety. Overall a very good experience and I’m looking forward to seeing even more glow in the coming week. Definitely recommended if you want visible results and good hands 👍

He only recommends what you actually need, and the experience was night-and-day compared to what I’ve been through before. My beauty consultant ​Jessie was also incredibly thorough with the treatment explanations, making sure I was 100% comfortable before we started. The therapists here treat you with so much warmth—it’s a very ‘homely’ yet professional vibe. I finally feel like I’ve found my go-to clinic.
