Very satisfied! The service attitude is very good, and professionals are equipped to translate in Mandarin, Chinese, English, and Vietnamese, providing convenience for those who do not understand the difference language.. After-sales service also very touchfull, will always care about and pay attention to the condition of customers and give them opinion at any time. Good.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Lucerne. I feel that I was misled by their advertising, which promised the whitening spray. However, when I arrived, I received only a lotion that is wiped on the body , which was not what was advertised or what I was expecting. This kind of misrepresentation is unacceptable, and I believe it’s a bad practice to lure customers in with false promises. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their transparency and honesty in advertising. I would not recommend this beauty center to others based on my experience. I have screenshot the messages between myself , the advertiser and the person in charge named Miss "Money " for purposes to lodge a consumer complain. But she has not respond to my text till now Also they cannot provide me any other higher management email or contact number

Before even went to the clinic already got the sign not to go there. I called to ask few questions before going but staff who answered the phone was ridiculous rude. I just asked how long is the clinic operating, and she asked me back in very rude tone “why”. I told her that I have to know before I’ll consider go or not. She told me if I’m calling from private number she don’t have to answer me. Nonsense, no matter from which number I’m calling, I’m the customer who want to get answers for the basic questions. I asked her how can I trust to this clinic in this case, she even didn’t let me to finish my words, told me to go to another clinic and hang up the phone. If from the start their service is like that, I can imagine their service for procedures. But in marketing they are very good, just look at their page, they immediately sent me message that I’m in lucky 20 people.
