Very unprofesional doc on service customer or patient. Also very bad consulatation for the title “specialist doctor”.

He might be very experienced and skilled at certain procedures he is really good at. I saw quite some numbers of appreciation notes from his patients at his clinic. Whatever it is, my experience with him was very unpleasant. Lack of patience to discuss matter, no empathy for patient seeking for help, fixes or restorative measures on previously done procedure...said things like 'why find yourself trouble' (the procedure I had was purely out of aesthetics purposes, but am I then guilty, I don't think so). So, I guess, to him, only plastic surgery that is medically necessary worth his time. If that's the case, kindly publish areas of expertise in a more precise way. I have never experienced such level of discourtesy at a private hospital; first time feeling so humiliated in seek for a doctor's help. Egoistic, rude, lack of empathy.

I did epicantoplasty here and it was badly done, too much skin was being removed and prior to surgery dr dint inform how much skin he will remove. He just proposed me to do epicantoplasty and say it will give me “eurasian eyes” When i came back for review after recovery and ask if anything can be done as i notice sth is off, he said no and i will have to live with it and nothing is wrong about it, he try to brush it off and kept telling me my eyes are perfectly fine. Very egoistic doctor and unapologetic, but I was still talking very nicely. I told him im not happy whenever i look into the mirror he said then dont look into the mirror. After consulting 2 renowned oculoplasty surgeon, both agree too much skin was being removed and there was no skin left to salvage, malaysia dont have anyone who can do reverse epicantoplasty yet. Only korea have success case of reversing. I deeply regret doing epicantoplasty with Dr Kim Tan
