A truly pleasant experience at the Mid Valley KL branch for the aesthetic treatments. The customer service exceeded my expectations, and the whole experience was amazing — especially the skilled and attentive doctor and therapist. The staff were also incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout my visit. I’m truly satisfied with the treatments and overall hospitality, and I’m looking forward to my next visit.

I have been to Dr. Chong Clinic 3x. The first time was just for consultation and the service adviser, Ms Yuki and doctor I consulted remain courteous and gracious even though I didn’t buy any services . The 2nd time I had the hydra facial, yellow facial and pico eye . The most recent time was for pico and yellow laser which I like best . I will come here again for lasers the next time I come to KL. No pressure no hard selling what’s not to like 👏

Very good hospitality and service throughout the treatment. The staff explained every single step clearly during my Subcision and CO2 laser treatment, which made me feel comfortable as it was my first time undergoing this procedure. The team handled me with great care and gentleness. Special thanks to Staff Gigi for being very humble, professional, and excellent in customer service. She patiently answered all my enquiries and gave detailed explanations throughout the session. Overall, it was a very good experience and I would highly recommend this clinic.

Ive been a loyal Dr Chong patient since 2022, and have done a lot of sessions that helped me with my skin problems and acne scars. Each time I visit, they would treat me really well. The doctors are well knowledgeable with the treatment plans and tailor it to the patients needs. I’d like to commend Gigi as well who has been assisting me with my needs.

I was happy and had already decided to proceed with the treatment. However, after everything was completed, I received a call regarding a free gift and was disappointed by another lady who spoke to me. Her tone sounded rude, unprofessional, and made me feel pressured to make a payment on the spot. Yun Nam, I genuinely like your products and services, but I hope your team can be more respectful and kind when communicating with customers. A positive customer experience is not only about good products, but also about how customers are treated.This version sounds firm, polite, and professional.
