I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Chong Skin Clinic. I went there for Pico Laser and Yellow Laser treatments, and I’m really happy with the results. The clinic environment is clean, comfortable, and very professional. The hospitality from the staff was excellent from the moment I walked in. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made me feel very welcome. A special thank you to the beautician Kathleen who handled my session. She was very gentle, patient, and explained every step of the treatment clearly. Her skills and care made the whole experience very comfortable and relaxing. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the treatments and service. I would definitely recommend Dr. Chong Skin Clinic to anyone looking for effective skin treatments with professional and friendly service.

Its been my 4th visit to the clinic and its been a warm experience! The consultants are so friendly and their hospitality is top notch! One of the consultant, Ayn, is so accomodating and understanding when I had to change my appointment to earlier time on such last minute notice due to time constraint to catch train ticket time. She completely understands my situation and I'm so grateful towards her and Dr. Faiz for accomodating to me. Dr Faiz is very detail-oriented, he make sures every part of your face is covered during pico laser and he explains before the procedure on the machine and when doing the treatment on your face. Suresh is also a very kind man, it was raining when I was waiting for my ride, he waited outside with me for my safety and helped me with carry on luggage with the umbrella in the rain. The whole team at Dr Chong Kepong has been wondertul. To add, there is no hard selling when they promote their offers and they totally dont mind if you are not interested with the offers. Its important to do research and ask the right questions before you commit to purchasing package treatments and products, thus it is your responsibility as consumer to do due diligence before commiting on the price tags of the packages. All in all, the environment and everyone in this clinic has been very lovely! 💗☺️

Had my first CO₂ laser treatment for xanthelasma removal here. The consultation and explanation were detailed, and the staff were responsive throughout the process. Currently still in the recovery stage, but so far the healing process has been smooth and the clinic has been helpful with follow-up and aftercare guidance.

Very disappointing experience with the referral program at Dr Chong Clinic Kepong. I referred several friends in good faith, but was later told that I did not meet a “minimum spending requirement” — a condition that was never communicated upfront. Bringing this up only after the referrals were completed feels like moving the goalposts. What makes it worse is that it is unrealistic to expect new customers to commit to packages without first trying the service. One of my referrals who tried HIFU qualified due to higher pricing, but others who tried Pico treatments first (which is a normal trial step before committing) did not count — which makes the whole program feel misleading from the start. Additionally, one of my friends even experienced a negative reaction after treatment, with severe redness and sensitivity that required medical attention and extra cost. I would strongly caution anyone to scrutinize their packages and promotional claims carefully. My experience suggests a gap between what is presented and what is actually enforced, which raises concerns about the integrity of their business practices.
