I had a very good experience at Dr Chong Clinic. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the doctor explained everything clearly. I felt comfortable and well taken care of. They also gave many freebies (skincare set and even gold!), which was a nice bonus and showed that they care about their patients. The clinic was clean and professional. Overall, I'm very satisfied and , I'd recommend this clinic to others.

My first pico laser session here. The dr and the workers are so nice and very friendly. Worth the price and will definitely come back to book another session!

The doctor (Dr. Grace) and all the staffs (Zhi Xin and Jacie) are so friendly. I would definitely come back here whenever I’m in town. They did not try to hard sell which is a big no for me every time. My skin feels refreshed and so smooth. I’m hoping next time I see them, my breakout will be reduced significantly.

Went here for acne treatment. The service is very good and the staffs are friendly. They also didn't try to upsell. Unfortunately, the acne treatment is not worth it. I was on medication for a month and the issue is not resolved. I went again for consultation due to the lack of result and was prescribed with new meds on top of the existing one which also didn't resolve the issue. Ended up going to a different clinic and getting prescribed stronger meds with just a little bit more than half the price I paid here. The issue was resolved in a month. So for acne treatment, I would definitely not recommend.

I made it very clear from the beginning that I wanted a session to remove a single dark spot. Despite this, I was told I needed to come in for a consultation first, with explicit assurance that both consultation and treatment could be completed on the same day if I followed their preferred timing. I arranged my schedule accordingly and showed up as agreed. After consulting the doctor, I was told I could proceed immediately with treatment, provided I signed up for a package. I made the payment and was asked to wait while they prepared. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I was then informed that the laser machine required servicing and the treatment could not be carried out. I was simply asked to return on another day. This was extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time. If the clinic was not in a position to perform the treatment, this should have been communicated upfront instead of having me come in, go through consultation, and make payment first. I requested a refund, which was processed, but the experience reflects very poor coordination and consideration for a customer’s time. I would also suggest greater transparency in how reviews are obtained, so potential customers can better assess the credibility of the ratings here. They are providing free gifts for Google Reviews.
