My wife (and I) stopped by for a consultation. Both Dr. Jacqueline and Hajar were so professional as they assessed my wife's needs. I was honestly shocked by the high level of effective communications skills they both possess. If my wife elects to proceed with such services, Dr. Chong Clinic is the only place she will go. Thanks to all the staff that made us very comfortable through the evaluation and educational process!

Appreciate the fact that no one here tried to push me or fear monger me into buying. Everyone wad welcome and calm. The Dr was nice and knowledgeable, she advised me on treatments that I already was interested in and we agreed I can try them out one by one once I’m ready. For my first appointment I did just botox and the price is so reasonable compared to many places where I asked. Loved the experience overall. One tiny downside is a very weird smell in the clinic, like essential oils with the cigarette smoker kinda thing, so it was bit hard for me to breathe. But maybe it’s just a temporary smell after some construction.

I've been considering tattoo removal for a while and finally had my first Pico laser session today. The doctor reassured me about the pain level and aftercare, which really helped ease my nerves. The experience was smooth, and I felt well taken care of. They have snacks and drinks available as well. Highly recommended!

First time visiting this branch as it’s near my house. Reception staff did not greet at all and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed. The doctor was excellent , professional, gentle, and very satisfying. Unfortunately, the facial service was very disappointing and not worth the price. The staff handled my face roughly, rushed the treatment, and the facial tool slipped several times, poking my nose and face. The next day my skin felt sore and looked injured. Good doctor, but poor front desk and facial service. Management should seriously improve staff training.
