I had a really great experience at Clinic RX Bangsar. I’ve done Ultherapy Prime and NYC treatment here, and I’m very happy with the results. Special thanks to Dr. Vivian and Rachel for always taking the time to listen to my concerns and understand exactly what I need. Their care and attention made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole journey. The service is truly excellent, and I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for professional and personalized treatments.

I am first visit recommended from my friend. The environment and services are nice. They will have consultant session before your treatment, my consultant Janice are nice, she explain well of my concern. Dr Vivian are friendly to explain well before my treatment. Will consider 2nd visit.

I visited this aesthetics clinic in Bangsar recently and feel it’s fair to share an honest review. The overall setup and procedure were fairly basic. Unfortunately, my experience with the consultant was not a positive one. The communication felt impersonal and overly transactional, with little effort to build rapport or ensure I felt comfortable as a client. While I understand that recommending products or treatment packages is part of the role, professionalism and client engagement should not feel purely SOP-driven. Before-treatment photos were taken twice—during consultation and again after face cleansing—without any explanation given. This lack of communication was uncomfortable and could easily have been avoided with a simple clarification. I would, however, like to highlight that Dr. Vivian was friendly and professional, which helped balance the experience somewhat. Overall, the clinic has room for improvement, particularly in consultant communication and client care at the initial touchpoints.

There are some options for PRP treatment which have to top up charges. They never mentioned about it when I sent inquiries thru WhatsApp messages. So please be aware there are hidden cost. The consultant who assisted me was very rude. she said to me nothing to be free if want to have better results. When talked with her at the reception she directly told me that old age like me PRP doesn’t work as my blood is already too old… I told her that then she should have told me that when making my appointment she said I should have known about it. Girl, if want us to spend more happily you should learn how to talk with customers. Your clinic Doc assistants / nurses are much more polite and know how to talk with me.
