The doctor was professional, knowledgeable, and took time to explain properly. Their X-ray service is excellent with very clear guidance from the staff, making the whole process easy and comfortable. The clinic environment is clean, bright, and modern too. Overall, a great experience with top-notch service and professional medical care.

Probably best clinic in the town! went here for my daily dressing. they do have general practitioner (GP) as this is general clinic. They also have treatment room for dressing/suturing/change CBD and many more! They do also have various of vaccine in stock (may whatsapp them through the number provided by them to check the availability and price 🫣). Will definitely come here again if im having any health problems :)

There is an incredible team working at Southern Medical in Taman Pelangi, JB. I couldn't recommend higher, and feel so lucky we found this excellent 24-hour general clinic. If you go there you will be in loving hands. Dr Nicole supported us to diagnose and care for our 6 month old. My wife remarked that she reminded her of Dr House, carefully building the picture, developing a diagnosis...a doctor still curious and willing to learn (yet without the ego!). Dr Nicole took time to speak with our pediatrician (in Penang) to review our son's history and to develop the treatment plan and patiently explain each aspect and consideration with us (this isn't your typical doctor's bedside treatment). Dr Nicole then referred us onward to another excellent doctor, a specialist pediatrician in JB, when our son didn't respond to the treatments as expected. The nursing staff and medical practitioners at Southern Miledical are all also amazing, each treating our son like their own. He has many more makcik in JB now! Thank you so much! ❤️
