First time at this medispa and I had such a good experience! They did a very detailed skin analysis and took the time to clearly explain my skin condition and problems, which I really appreciated. It helped me understand my skin better instead of just doing the treatment blindly. The facial treatment and laser were also very well done—comfortable and professional. My skin felt so fresh, clean, and refreshed right after the session. Definitely a satisfying first experience and I’d consider coming back again 🤍✨

Had my first session here in Prestige Medispa JB. I had a wonderful experience during my facial treatment. The therapist was very professional and explained each step clearly before starting. The environment was clean, calming, and relaxing. My skin felt instantly smoother, hydrated, and refreshed after the session. I also appreciated that there was no hard selling of packages. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience. I would definitely return again and recommend it to others.

Had a pleasant experience with the Prestige Diamond Skinfusion and Neoheal treatments! The staff were professional and most importantly, didn't push any hard sales, which made my visit very relaxing. Plus, I received two free gifts, a V-Shape Lifting Treatment which was done on the spot, and a Bubble Lips treatment session for next time. I’ll definitely be back!

The counter staff were friendly & welcoming. The beauty consultant explained every detail about my face, what to do & what to avoid. Facial therapist Zana did a great job during my treatment & explained each step before starting. Even though they spoke simple English, everything was easy to understand. I’m glad I found them on IG & decided to proceed with this facial treatment. Thank you for the service. ✨

Had a dermapen treatment here. Overall in house experience was great. They did a face analysis on me and a consultation regarding my skin after. Then i was greeted to the room with disposable slipper(hotel alike). The procedure start off with normal cleanser followed by a quick 1min massage. There’s no scrub or massage on your facial till it feels slightly warm like other facial place. My face is dry & combi t-zone, after the steaming they did an extraction. Usually my extraction at other location would approximately be 20-30mins. Despite not having my facial done in last 2 months, i felt that there was little extraction done here (3/4 on forehead, 4 on each cheek, 3 on my nose and maybe 1/2 on my chin). Reason being they said was my skin is dry, hence they proceed with water suctioning to no scrap my skin layer. I felt that, there can be more extraction done. End of facial, i was provided with warm ginger tea. Would come again.
