Randomly wanted to do vietnamese head spa in JB and chanced upon this shop. Very conveniently located and they have multiple stores, no longer in the center area sharing space with other stores like some of the earlier review posters, but in a standalone shop. When we entered, ladies were very courteous and attentive. We did the 80min premium head spa and were directed to the back area where there are clean beds to lie down. I had beautician #4 and would highly recommend her as she was very attentive to me, pausing midway to cover me with the blanket after I had awoken and attempted to cover myself. Appreciate these small touches that make you feel very pampered and cared for. My partner got some rash on his back from their towels but I was unaffected because was wearing a spaghetti top so was easy to push down my straps to leave my arms and shoulders bare. Started off with a head massage and the ticklish metal wire head massager which felt strange yet nice, then after the beautician put a warming eye mask on for me, I fell asleep shortly after and awoke to a face mask on my face already whahaha that's how relaxed I was. They do some minty shampoo on you and really scrub your scalp a lot. Then use the foam to do a relaxing brushing over your shoulder and neck region. Then more massaging, head scrubbing, before gently rinsing your face, then hair, towelling you off, before a final massage when you sit up. Then you're transferred back outside to have your hair blown dry. Not hair salon level blow out but very decent. My beautician even noticed some of my top was wet and took the pains to blow dry it for me by placing a towel in between my skin and my top so I wouldnt get burnt. Will definitely come again!

If you’re ever at KSL Mall, I highly recommend checking out this salon on Level 1! The service here is absolutely top-notch—super attentive, friendly, and professional. From the moment I walked in, I felt well taken care of. A huge thank you to Ms. Kiki for making the entire experience so smooth and enjoyable. She was incredibly patient and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. She kept checking in with me, asking if the length was okay, always making sure the length and style were exactly what I wanted. I really appreciated how she didn’t rush anything and genuinely cared about how I felt throughout the process. The salon vibe was clean, welcoming, and relaxing. It’s rare to find places that combine skill with such thoughtful customer care. I walked out feeling refreshed, happy, and confident with my new haircut. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area! And it’s affordable! I will be back here again in JB to color my hair!🫶🏻❤️

I had the most wonderful experience at the salon thanks to Gino! It was my first visit, and he was incredibly friendly and helpful. He made sure I felt comfortable and supported throughout the entire process, especially since I have a walking disability. I truly had the best time!

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. The place was unhygienic, and I was shocked by several things that happened during my visit. I went in for both a pedicure and manicure. To my surprise, they placed a bag of prawns in the foot sink, which was very off-putting. During the manicure, the technician injured my finger, causing it to bleed. She simply used a towel to wipe the blood and continued to cut my nails with the same tools and towel, which is extremely unsanitary and concerning. Additionally, I did a hair spa, and while the treatment itself was fine, the shampoo used had an overpowering fragrance that lingered on my scalp. The smell was very similar to laundry detergent, which was not the most pleasant. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the lack of hygiene and the poor service.
