The environment is warm and welcoming and the staff are all very friendly. There’s absolutely no hard selling, which makes the whole experience comfortable and stress free. Dr Deon is lovely and pleasant, with a very gentle and soft approach. He takes time to understand your needs and recommends what truly suits you, without being pushy at all. You feel well taken care of throughout the session. The team is attentive and the pricing is reasonable, especially with the ongoing promotions great value. Highly recommend Dr Deon 👍🏻⭐️

I had a wonderful experience at MX Clinic with Dr. Jia Ling. She is very professional, patient, and attentive throughout the process. After just my second Sylfirm X RF treatment, I can already see a visible improvement in my skin. The results speak for themselves! Today did my second facial session. As I am afraid of pain, the doctor is very gentle and explain to me what to expect and how to take care of skin after the treatment. Feel comfortable with this clinic to improve my facial condition.

Counter staff carries a black face throughout, and if you don’t pay for their service she doesn’t say thank you and doesn’t show you out the door, very money-faced experience to summarise… doctor was okay, maintained a friendly disposition. However did not proceed with treatments due to the counter staff’s poor attitude. Prices seemed uncertain as well, the counter staff randomly throws out numbers to see your acceptance level… quite disappointing first experience.
