I would like to share my sincere appreciation for Dr Khu (Paediatrician) and the team at Kempas Medical Centre. 遇到专业又细心+有医德的儿科医生，真的是很幸运也很感恩🫶🏻 My son was admitted through the emergency department due to a urinary tract infection, and from the very beginning, the nurses were extremely professional, attentive, and efficient. After his blood test, we were promptly assigned a room without any delay. Despite it being the weekend, Dr Khu made the effort to visit early the next morning. He took the time to thoroughly explain my son’s condition and conducted a very detailed examination — checking his heartbeat, mouth, tongue, and ears. When he noticed mosquito bites that had been scratched open, he proactively prescribed ointment to prevent infection. He also pointed out old earwax in my son’s ear and gave helpful advice on proper cleaning, as well as guidance on managing nasal allergies and how they could affect him. What I truly appreciate is that Dr Khu shared many practical, preventive care tips that I can easily apply at home — without unnecessary spending. Throughout our 4 days and 3 nights stay, the nurses consistently monitored his temperature, administered medication on time, and carefully recorded his food intake and bowel movements. Dr Khoo also reviewed my son’s blood test results in detail and patiently explained everything to me. Dr Khu is truly one of the most attentive, professional, and ethical paediatricians I have ever encountered. It is rare to find a doctor with such dedication and compassion. Nice services from the Indian staff female when I do MRI she take care me a lot n concerned.the dark chocolate not very nice smell but not sweet still ok but price a bit higher RM15.00.the sambal fish rice nice to eat fish thick slice n the taste not very spicy price also affordable RM8.90

Kempas Medical Centre provides good medical services with professional doctors and friendly nurses. The hospital environment is clean, comfortable, and well organized. The staff are helpful and attentive to patients’ needs, which makes the experience more reassuring. The medical facilities and equipment are also well maintained. Overall, Kempas Medical Centre is a reliable hospital that provides quality healthcare and good patient care.

We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to Dr. Kevin Lawson from Kempas Medical Centre for being such an amazing doctor throughout my pregnancy journey until the delivery of our baby on 24.03.2026. From the very beginning, Dr. Kevin Lawson provided clear guidance, reassurance, and exceptional care at every stage of my pregnancy. His professionalism, patience, and dedication made me feel confident and safe during this important journey. I delivered via C-section, and even now in my second week of recovery, my wound is healing well and the process has been smooth so far. I’m truly grateful for his skill and expertise, which made this experience much more comfortable and reassuring. Thank you, Dr. Kevin Lawson, for your kindness, support, and excellent care. We are forever grateful for bringing our little one safely into this world. 👶🏻💙

All doctors (especially thanks to Dr Chua)and 80% nurses to provide the best healthcare skills and best attitudes. But some how need to improve the man power cause have some delay on their service or medical care and have some signage is needed in all ward to remind some nasty patients to control their voice or using electric devices .
