Excellent service. Everyone was very friendly — from the receptionist to the assistants and the doctor. Everything was smooth with no delays. After the consultation, I decided to do the treatment and they arranged it for me right away. They explained all the important details clearly, so I knew exactly what to expect. After the treatment, they also told me what to do to get the best results.The next day they even followed up to check if everything was okay.The clinic’s environment is calm and welcoming, very relaxing. Overall, a very good experience and I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

What I love most is how clearly they explain risks and expectations. No sugar-coating, no pressure. It’s rare to find such transparency in cosmetic clinics.

Had unhappy experience one after another. First I made an appmt to come over for consultation. The lady, an ang mo, texted and said come over in the morning like before 1pm as normally prof has surgery in the afternoon. Did not give me an appmt time so I thought should be okay as long they are not closed yet for PM session. When I was at City Sq wanting to over she said over the phone I must reach like 9am to take queue number. So she couldnt accept me anymore. She offered to do zoom consultation with her doctor on another day. Fixing a day for zoom call was not easy to arrange as I know doctor's time is precious. Eventually fixed on a day at 11am. Closer to the time the ang mo lady said can wait a bit later than 11am plus cos there is a patient who took longer than usually. Then I waited until 12pm plus, finally she said the doctor needed to rush off for an urgent surgery last min. How is aesthetic surgery going to be urgent as it is not health related? I waited until I was late for my other appmt. I told the lady I will contact again if I want to schedule an appmt. After this I DO NOT THINK I WANT TO COME BACK TO THIS CLINIC ANYMORE. THERE ARE OTHER CLINICS AROUND!!
