recently had my breast reduction surgery with Dr. Shilpi Bhadani, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. She explained everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable and confident from the very beginning. One of the best plastic surgeons. Dr Shilpi takes time to understand patients concern, physical examination were smooth and I was examined properly before the procedure. She gives ample amount of time explaining everything and with her the best part is two way communication which most of the doctors don't do these days. Your problems will be properly heard and then examination and procedure will be smooth. Staff and nurses took a great care of me and staff are super friendly; caring and warm. I’ve been visiting SB Aesthetics for the past 2–3 years, and my acne-prone and pigmented skin has improved tremendously over time. The clinic has a highly skilled doctor and an excellent team — both professional and genuinely caring. However, I’ve noticed that punctuality has been an issue during my last few visits. Despite having an appointment scheduled for 4:30 PM, it often extends till around 6 PM, which makes it difficult to plan my day. I truly hope the clinic can work on maintaining appointment timings more efficiently. That said, I’ve had DermaFrac and Laser Toning treatments with Mercy and Saraswati, and both of them are exceptional — calm, gentle, and extremely hygienic in their approach. Overall, I’m very happy with my results and would like to extend a big thank-you to Dr. Shilpi for her outstanding work and care!
