My advance hydra facial was very nice and wonderful experience.. loved it.

I had a hydra facial at this clinic as a trial one month before my wedding. My skin was perfectly clear and healthy before the treatment. After the hydra facial—where they used unknown products and didn’t even provide the promised LED light therapy I developed severe rashes all over my face. To make matters worse, one of the staff members pressured me into getting facial hair removal, saying it was necessary before my wedding. I trusted them and paid an advance of ₹10,000, expecting professional care. Instead, my skin was completely damaged. My face became covered with large, painful boils and dark marks, even though I had never experienced such issues in my life before. When I went back to show them the reaction, they blamed me instead of taking responsibility. They accused me of not using creams properly and refused to provide proper treatment or support. This was an extremely disappointing and distressing experience right before my wedding. Unprofessional staff, poor treatment quality, and zero accountability. I strongly advise others to be very careful before trusting this clinic.
