Dr Srishti is an absolutely wonderful doctor and a gem of a person ! She has done my laser treatment for scars after surgery and I’m very happy with her dedication towards me and I have seen her interact very nicely with other patients also

I had my surgery at the Burn and Plastic Surgery department, and overall, I’m really impressed with the care I received. The doctors and nursing staff were professional, and the surgery went smoothly. The facilities were clean, and the post-op care was top-notch. I especially appreciate how well the whole team managed my treatment and recovery. However, I felt it necessary to mention my experience in the emergency room. While the medical attention was prompt and effective, the front‑desk/assistant staff member (a lady) was quite rude. Her tone made a stressful situation even tougher. Apart from that one interaction, the hospital’s service was excellent, and I would recommend this place for burn and plastic surgery need. The doctor and nurse saved my finger thank you so much . hope the ER staff assistant who is in desk ( female )attitude improves.

I got admitted in aiims Hospital Delhi department of burn and plastic surgery under Sr or head of plastic surgery Dr Manish Singhal . Since then I’m here there is no clarification regarding treatment procedure and it’s been 5 days but dr Manish didn’t even meet me once. Nursing staff never come on time to check patients they are rude. Patient has to change his bed sheet himself and house keeping staff is also so rude they argue with patients . Food quality is not good as per patients need good quality food, after having this food I feel like vomit and loose motion type problems. Overall feedback is not good I’m writing this feedback after taking other’s patients feedback too. They really need to improve and they must know that how to behave with patient Aiims management Kindly look into this Regards - Patients
