I have been visiting this clinic for quite some time. During my initial acne treatment, I did see good results, which is why I chose to return when my acne flared up again. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. Despite being prescribed multiple medicines and ointments, I have not seen any improvement at all. In fact, my acne has only worsened. What’s more concerning is that there seems to be a constant push towards opting for their in-clinic treatments, which are quite expensive. I was repeatedly told that my acne and marks will not improve with medicines alone and that such treatments are necessary, which honestly felt more like upselling than genuine medical advice. There has also been very little clarity on why the current treatment isn’t working or what alternative approach can be taken. As a patient, this lack of transparency and reassurance is frustrating. I trusted this clinic based on my past experience, but this time it feels like a waste of both time and money. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and focuses more on effective treatment and honest guidance rather than pushing expensive procedures.
