The doctors took time to explain everything clearly, the nursing team was attentive and caring, and every department worked efficiently to ensure comfort and timely treatment. The overall experience was truly reassuring, and we are grateful for the warmth, support, and high-quality medical care received. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the entire hospital team for taking such good care of my father during his treatment and stay. The doctors, nursing staff, and support team were very professional, caring, and supportive throughout the process. A very special mention and appreciation for ward boy Vivekanand for his outstanding service, kindness, and dedication. He was always attentive, helpful, and treated my father with genuine care and respect. His positive attitude and timely support gave a lot of comfort to our family during a difficult time. The 6th north is one the best floor I would really like to share one of my best experiences I was having diarrhoea , and suddenly the jet spray stopped working in night around 1pm I was feeling very anxious.thinking how will I will manage now . But kudos to the 6th north team and staff . And engineering team within 20 minutes in night . it got sorted out . I have been to many hospitals but this experience and quick service I have never seen anywhere in any hospital. I am very very happy with the system and work . People might think it’s economy ward , but I must say they give full vip treatment,I can challenge no one can give such excellent treatment and quick service no hospital in India . It is possible any hospital can do any quick service in night within 20minutes , no ! only reliance foundation hospital can give next to impossible work. I am very sure such team in other hospitals,like all departments has different group of people and they even work so hard in night. Food is top notched , the rent of economy is 2200 with 10% discount which hospital will give such fabulous services, I can challenge no hospital can give this facilities except relaince hospital. Hospital charging 20000 per day can’t match the service of this 6th north floor . I would like to appreciate the people on this floor working very hard like Elizabeth Khushbu khan , all nursing staff like Swati, Rushikesh,suyash, Saroj , Monica , Monali, all the staff are very cooperative, supportive and excellent compassionate, calm composed all above staff are fabulous. Food Deepak and Swarup. Billing Abhishek and Meghna help a lot for smooth process. Pfa like Prateek , Dhruv , Anand , Arjun , Vikram , Mahendra , giri Pradeep and Mansa ,Uma all are excellent. I can say this is one of the best and excellent floor . Thank you to the whole team and special thanks to the owner and the pillar behind this ceo Tarang madam hi, Neeta Ambani gi, Mukesh Ambani gi, the great Dhirubhai Ambani sir gi . The has the great son taking care of millions of people. Thank you to all.

Our experience at Reliance Hospital was excellent. Overall, everything was very good and all services were provided with care, sincerity, and professionalism. I would like to sincerely thank the nursing staff – Elizabeth Ma’am, Khushbu, Swati, Bhagya, Preety, Saroj, and Ashwini for their kind support, attentive care, and polite behavior throughout the stay. Special appreciation to the Housekeeping team, especially Supervisor Pradeep Giri, and PCA staff Rinki and Khushi, for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at all times. Many thanks to Dietician Zoya for proper dietary guidance and regular follow-ups. Appreciation to Meghana from the Billing Department for smooth and hassle-free billing support. Special thanks to the F&B team, especially Shivraj Singh Ranawat, Birju, Nitosh, David, and Neinuno, for timely service and good coordination. Overall, we are very satisfied with the services and truly appreciate the efforts of the entire Reliance Hospital team.

Had an excellent experience at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre during my father’s bypass surgery treatment. Special thanks to Dr. Neeraj Kamat and his entire team for their exceptional treatment, guidance, and compassionate care throughout the journey. Their professionalism and support gave our family great confidence during a difficult time. A heartfelt appreciation to the nursing staff, especially Nancy Dsouza, Akash, Nikita, and Deepali, for being extremely supportive, attentive, and caring at every step. Their kindness and dedication provided great comfort during the hospital stay. Special thanks as well to the cleaning staff, especially Pawan Kumar and Barsa, for maintaining excellent hygiene and cleanliness and for their prompt support whenever needed. One area where improvement is needed is visitor management and security coordination. The hospital has multiple levels of security checks — at the entrance, ground floor lift lobby, inside the lift area, and again on the patient floor. While security and patient safety are important, the process currently feels too strict and time-consuming for visitors. Visitor timings are already limited, and due to repeated checks and delays, a significant part of the allowed visiting time gets consumed. The hospital management may consider streamlining the process to make the visitor experience smoother while still maintaining safety standards.
