Got my mother operated by Dr. Pachade on 5th of November 2025, the doctor didn’t even had the courtesy to meet attendant and explain anything. For post operation he is shying away from giving appointment and is adamant to only meet in evening. Never deal with this low ethics medical professional. Till the time surgery was scheduled he was different person on call and now this absurd behaviour. What else one can expect from this doctor who doesn’t know difference between Ankush and Ashok??? Think twice before getting any treatment here. Consultation might be okay, but I strongly advise against going beyond that. My experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. I was initially told the cost was ₹1,500, but after the procedure and once I got home, they suddenly claimed it was ₹15,000. There was no clarity or proper communication from the staff. To make matters worse, the procedure was done not by the main doctor, but by a junior doctor whose name isn’t even displayed on their board. This person didn’t carry themselves like a medical professional and spoke broken English, making it difficult to understand critical details. I was in a hurry due to travel and wanted to remove some unwanted skin. I was assured that the stitches would be removed on the 4th day, but when I returned, the main doctor was completely unaware of the situation. At that point, the junior doctor, the main doctor, and the staff started contradicting each other and clearly lying to cover up the miscommunication. I ended up traveling with 4 stitches still in the back of my neck — something that could have been avoided if there had been a proper consultation and honest communication. As medical professionals, their first responsibility is towards patient care and clear guidance — which was completely missing. If you can afford a better doctor, I would strongly recommend seeking treatment elsewhere. Updated Review (after clinic’s reply): I had initially avoided sharing details to stay polite, but the clinic’s reply is misleading. They claim the main surgeon performed the procedure, but I was in the operation theatre and saw him repeatedly stepping in and out while a junior doctor did most of the work. This constant movement also raised serious sanitation concerns. As a result, I developed ingrown hairs, infections, and keloids after the procedure. I’m sharing pictures as proof so others can make an informed decision.
